This is the best bottle. The nipple length is perfect and the slow flow is great for him as we are breast feeding also. No nipples confusion. The technology in this bottle is awesome! My newborn hasn't burped at all with this bottle. We have tried 3 other bottle companies and this is the best. Also anytime I talk about bottles with other moms everyone knows Dr. Browns are the best!

Dr. Brown's is the nipple selection since we have been able to buy the preemie and the T. 

Con: the bottles leak after a few uses even when making sure all the parts fit perfect and the cap is screwed on tight. It makes feedings extra messy and wasteful.

Leaks constantly and messy

Don't buy! Bought dr browns anti colic bottles (glass, plastic, 4oz and 8oz sizes, and the wide neck versions). All of them leak. We have followed all instructions (I.e. don't screw the top on too tightly, don't heat with the vent or top on etc.) and it's been absolutely brutal. Sometimes it's just a little leak and other times there's drops that just keep running down the sides during a feed so we have to stop feeding to take the top off and put it back on again. Milk is usually dripping everywhere and at times has leaked so bad our baby's clothes are soaked in the front) this is the middle of the night feed so we didn't catch it right away). We thought it might just be one or two bottles but it's all of them….
