Designed alongside medical professionals, the correctly contoured nipple shape and high-grade, soft silicone offer a more comfortable feeding experience and help to avoid nipple confusion. Perfect for switching from breast to bottle and back again! Together with the anti-colic internal vent system, the Level 2 Wide-Neck Nipple gives baby vacuum-free feeding that is clinically proven to reduce colic, decreases spit-up, burping, and gas, better preserves nutrients, and aids in digestion for a good night's sleep. While our bottle works best with the vent system, it's great to have options when baby's feeding develops. Just remove the vent and the feeding experience is similar to most nipple-vented bottles. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The item has made feeding my newborn daughter so much easier.  She was breastfed but recently diagnosed with failure to thrive.   Due to this, we had to switch to bottle feeding for her health and safety.  This was devastating as she refused every bottle we tried to give her.  We tried so many different brands, but this one finally works!  She is feeding and hopefully we will get results from her doctor that she will not longer be failing to thrive soon.

These are my favorite bottles! My breast fed baby has no issue with these. The nipple for this is just a bigger hole, not more holes if you are wondering.

I liked how perfect the fit was for the more wider and natural-flowing doctor brown bottles. They were hard to look up, but once i found them it was so easy to order them and they came within a few days

The nipples were a great fit for these bottles

I bought the Options bottles after using the regular ones, and I love them just as much, if not more. Having the choice of using it with or without the vent system not only grows with the baby but adds an extra layer of convenience. If I'm having a tough day I can just wash and use the bottle, and wash the vent system later. My daughter is on special formula and having the wide neck is great for getting the formula in the bottle at those late night feedings, I have been known to miss the bottle opening and spill formula with other bottles. It's a great and wonderful product, and it's helped tremendously ease our daughter's colic.

I hate the Options bottles! They leak ,leak and leak! Its impossible  to prevent the leak. All the parts have been secured properly however the bottles keep leaking milk. Its highly inconvenient.
