My 1 week old, at-term grand-baby was gulping every bottle with a slow flow nipple %26 was understandably having a horrible time with gas. I gave these a try, hoping it would slow her down enough to stop the gulping and the gas. IT WORKED!! No more gulping and minimal gas. 
Note: I used these with the wide-neck collared Platex Bottles with the drop-in Liners. Loved these with my babies 25 yrs ago and now my daughter is using them with my grand-baby.

I wish my first pregnancy the hospital or anyone told me about preemie nipples. What they don't tell you is that babies can't obviously drink that fast, so getting a preemie nipple for a newborn is perfect to help with gas from over feeding or eating too fast. Just more comfort for your baby

Helps stop fast flow

I bought the Options bottles after using the regular ones, and I love them just as much, if not more. Having the choice of using it with or without the vent system not only grows with the baby but adds an extra layer of convenience. If I'm having a tough day I can just wash and use the bottle, and wash the vent system later. My daughter is on special formula and having the wide neck is great for getting the formula in the bottle at those late night feedings, I have been known to miss the bottle opening and spill formula with other bottles. It's a great and wonderful product, and it's helped tremendously ease our daughter's colic.

I started using Dr browns bottles in November of 2014 I had my son it's great cause he loves it but it was a little overwhelming when you had to keep the air thing in as he grew up and in April 2016 I had my daughter is then saw while getting her the same Dr browns items they changed up and had the option of keeping the air thing or not using it so when she was 6 months I stopped using it there was no mess and she was still able to use these bottles my children love Dr browns I swear by them

My daughter is 90 % breastfed and 10% bottle fed. She uses these bottles and nipples without any issues/nipple confusion

out of all the bottles i have tried, these are the only one my baby latches on to plus the flow is perfect, she was choking on the level one nipples.

I wanted to love these bottles. They did wonders for my gassy baby. Cleaning the bottles though made me want to jump off of the tallest building I can find. I fed my baby breastmilk in these bottles. It took me 15+ minutes to get them completely clean. I had the whole set up, the drying rack, bottle warmer, the sanitizer and 6 bottles. it was hard for me to let these bottles go but I just couldn't take the cleaning process. Oh and the bottles also leaked. Not while my little one was eating but if they were tipped over while they were closed they leaked everywhere. So sad to leave this review but I'd hate myself if I weren't honest.

Great for colic

I decided to give the options bottle a try since I'm always on the go n cant always use the vent system.
I was so disappointed when I attempted to use the bottle with out the vent system. It leaked all over the place. I thought I was doing something wrong but I went over the instructions more than once and was never successful. It seems as if the vent system is the only thing that could keep the bottle tight so the milk wont spill. 
Its disappointing that they promote "OPTIONS" but you clearly don't have any.

Options Bottle

I hate the Options bottles! They leak ,leak and leak! Its impossible  to prevent the leak. All the parts have been secured properly however the bottles keep leaking milk. Its highly inconvenient.
