I would like to say the preemie nipple are great when your baby drink the bottle very fast and it help to slow the flow of the milk so they don't choke.
But the bottles there self leak and are very aggravating when you waste 10% of your breast milk.  I will recommend that you try the nipples but  not to waste your money on the bottles!

I'm very satisfied with Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Preemie Flow ****! They're perfect for my little one, providing the slowest flow as needed. The quality of the silicone is excellent, and they fit the bottles perfectly. Highly recommend for newborns and breastfeeding babies! Five stars!

I needed a slow flow nipple for my little girl who was exclusively breastfed so I could go back to work.. I had originally tried tommy tippee closer to nature... But the lowest level they make is a , and it was way too fast... When I got these, she took them right away!

Great for breastfed baby!

We got these because the level 1 ones were too much for our newborn. Once we switched to this preemie one, even though he isnt a preemie, he was able to drink without spitting up or dripping milk all over since too much milk was coming out the level 1.

These were a lifesaver. I had tried so many nipples from other brands and this is the ONLY nipple that my daughter could take in order to transition from breastfeeding to bottlefeeding. All of the other brands allowed too much milk to flow and my daughter would choke. I previously tried medela, tommie tippie, and a few others.

Only way I could bottlefeed

I like these nipples because they can be used on any bottle. I use them on my dr browns bottles and also on my medela bottles
