The iC3 trainer securely rests on both indoor and outdoor traditional pole or wall-mounted hoops by simply lifting the vertical frame over the rim and placing the rim rest on the back of the hoop. A 3-inch black weave rebounder net reduces light refraction and glare to give increased visibility while playing. The optional horizontal pole support adds stability to the sturdy 0.75-inch mild steel square tubing frame. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teens are basketball fanatics, and I wanted to find them something to help them hone their craft. I like how this Dr. Dish IC3 Basketball Shot Trainer forces them to work on arc shooting and helps them improve their form. Assembly and set up was straightforward and fairly quick. I appreciate how it is fairly light (at 35lbs) and folds down so that it can be efficiently stored and transported. It feels sturdy, well-built, and seems durable. 

With the unseasonably warm weather this winter, my kids have been able to utilize this product to get a head start in practicing outdoors at home. In even this short time, they have already shown improvements in performance. I would happily recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently got this basketball shot trainer and it's great! It took about 2 hours to assemble by myself, but the directions were very easy to follow…especially with QR code that links to an instructional setup video. Once assembled it did take two people to raise the system to the goal and get it initially set in place. Once set up it really does train you on proper form for shooting, teaches you to arch the ball for higher scoring chances, and also has a very convenient ball return that effortlessly feeds it back to you after your shoot. The design is great so that you can easily take it down when needed, having its own wheels to cart it wherever you need to store it. Overall very excited to keep practicing with this new trainer.

Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is learning basketball and loves practicing, but it seemed like she was spending more of her time running after the basketball because she missed a shot than she was actually shooting shots. With the Dr. Dish iC3 rebounder she has been able to focus on shooting since the ball comes back towards her more often. 
The assembly was really straight forward and easy to attach it to the basketball hoop. It is fairly heavy so two people is suggested. Totally recommend this if you have someone who is working on practicing shots from a distance.

It has improved their game so much by perfecting their aims and stances. Out of the box, the directions are easy to understand, the trainer is very easy to assemble, and fits well to our hoop. It really helps perfect their game and I would strongly suggest this product to anyone who has kids that are interested in basketball especially if they are trying out for teams.

After The first assembly it's pretty easy to fold and re-open and sit on top of the basketball hoop .the bar in the back leans against the pole of your hoop and it's adjustable for different types of basketball hoops. It's a really great trainer tool. Every once in a while then all will get stuck between the hoop and rebound trainer. Otherwise it's great and love the  return.

Work on your shooting reps, muscle memory, and development of skills for any age. Easy set-up and durable. 180° around the basketball hoop catches pretty much anything you shoot. Easily folds and is compact to store when you're not using it once you get it together. Instructions included. Set up in only a few steps and let the fun begin. This allowed for the whole family to work on our skills, even the little guy. I'm completely impressed and recommend to all. Swoosh for the win!! Love the return!

Shot Trainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is really liking this bet so far.  It is great for helping him work on his arc and bc of the faster returns he is able to get more reps in.  It's also nice that he doesn't have to spend his time chasing the ball around.
That being said.  This was a bit of a beast to put together.  The instructions were a bit confusing and we definitely needed our own tools.  There were several parts that we had to redo a few times to make it fit correctly and we are typically fairly savy w tools.  It is also quite cumbersome to put over the net and definitely takes 2 people (taller the better).  
Once it's up and in place it is fun to use.  
Pros: quick ball return, helps with shooting and arc.    
Cons: somewhat difficult to assemble, cumbersome to install on net, ball gets caught in net sometimes  
Overall, I would recommend for anyone more serious abt basketball.

Better rebounds
