Talk chair

The seat indicates that it is 2 inches thick but most of that is hard plastic, not padding. It does need a seat cushion. That being said the chair is strong and sturdy, can be adjusted from floor to bar height, and can be adapted to any size person.  It was easy to put together with simple to follow instructions.  It was hard to believe a chair this size came in such a small box.

Great chair but needs extra seat padding.
