Crib Compatibility

Most customers found it simple to set up.

Most customers found it easy to assemble.

Has a shiny appearance with a plastic finish.

Can be sturdy, but also prone to inconsistencies.

Limited depth reduces storage space and accessibility.

Good size except that the drawers are not deep

The negative reviews are accurate. I received the item damaged, and there is no option to replace broken parts - only a full refund. Returning is inconvenient because you must transport a heavy box (around 31 kg) back to Walmart. Although the table looks cute, it does not feel sturdy or safe. The changing surface feels weak, and the drawers only open halfway, are small, and hard to use. I do not recommend this product as it is uncomfortable and a waste of space.

The price is certainly adequate. However, the drawers are tiny compared to the size of the furniture and the included changing mat is useless as it is thin. Since I'm pregnant and I don't have the energy to de-do it and turn it around, I have to keep it reluctantly. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Do not recommend

One of the drawer faceplates is missing a part in the kit that I purchased (a drill insert is missing which would allow me to screw in a lock bolt to connect faceplate to the drawer).

I reached out directly to Dream On Me and their only response is that they can't provide the missing part and that I should return the whole item to Walmart. However, we bought this just before baby arrived and there is no way I'm taking apart the change table now, returning to the store and then waiting for another change table to be shipped.

So 2 stars for a decent product but crappy customer service from the manufacturer.

Lack of support from manufacturer

There was some damage on the cabinet, and when I called they can't do anything about it. And we have to return it. We live in apt and they want us to carry the large box and return it to the nearest walmart store. Well I can't lift since I'm pregnant and imagined my husband will need to lift the heavy box just to return this large item. Not great experience

Not satisfied especially the customer service

I ordered the changing table in white, and I don't know why, but the pieces for the inside of the drawers are a pale purple instead of white. It's very disappointing to pay $200 for this. Some parts were damaged as well. Considering how complicated the return process is, we decided to keep it, but do yourself a favor and don't order this dresser. The drawers are not spacious, and it doesn't feel sturdy

Do not buy it!!!!!!!

It’s a cute piece. But I guess you get what you pay for. I can’t tell you how many pieces out of the box had issues/defects pen/pencil marks, cracks, scratches and not to mention the inside of the drawers is purple and not white like the actual dresser. I contacted customer service to discuss the issue as we had it assembled already, their solution a $10 e voucher. Buyer beware.

Bad quality - multiple damaged pieces

When unpacking a drawer front was damaged in 2 places

Article damage to unpacking

Damaged furniture and it's complicated returns

Damaged

Although the piece of furniture is beautiful and seems large at first glance, the drawers are very small and impractical to use. One of the B pieces was broken upon arrival.

not satisfied

The change table over all is sturdy on the outside and has a nice look to it. The drawers however are small and cheap. They only open half way and are much shallower and shorter than the change table itself. I was fine with this being that I don’t need a lot of room for my baby’s clothes. I like the look of the outside. I did have to glue and clamp a piece of the drawer together but it was easily fixed with white glue and can not be seen.

Nice look.
