Putting Together

Mom of a velcro 6 year old who just transitioned fully to his room. He fell out of his bed twice through the night and to keep him from reverting back to my bed, I did the next best thing. Purchased this bed rail from Wally World, hoping this would keep him in his room, in HIS bed. So far so good! It was not difficult to put together. No tools needed other than scissors to get the zip ties off. :) My 6 year old has a metal bed so the base is rails and nothing solid but I was able to tie the strap in a way that kept the bed rail in place. My son is able to get in and out of the bed with ease and work around the rail as needed. I love it!

Bed rail

It looks great! Only issue is i cant figure out how to tighten it. It leans in a little bit an wont stay up straight.

Decent for the price

It is short. More for toddler to preschool size, not babies

It's a great product. Easy to setup and actually sturdier than I thought. The reason I gave 3 stars is because you'd think a product like this is universal but it totally didn't fit my child's bed. After tucking the bars under it left the mattress completely lobsided…

Great product if it fits your bed type

Despite the title, the instructions clearly say that this is not for toddler beds which is what I was looking for. This is designed for larger beds and needs the weight of a heavier mattress to keep it upright.

Not For Toddler Beds

the actual device is very well constructed. but the little tab you use to keep it in place does not work well with adjustable beds. we will have to find another way to secure it.

Instructions are terrible but it's pretty easy to it figure out without them. However the long piece of fabric or rope or whatever that goes under the mattress and is supposed to tighten to help hold it up..well that came completely twisted from the factory with no way to fix it and the plastic bit at the end where you tighten it does not stand up straight due to the bump in the middle. It makes it so it falls over and cannot be secure.
