Instruction Clarity

The crib is exactly what I was expecting from the description. The mattress levels seem a bit low (the highest setting is only 14" off the floor), but being 5'7" I don't have a problem and you can always use the "lower dip" part of the rail to reach into the crib. Plus, I think it will be better being so low once we use the crib as a toddler bed. I don't particularly care for the appearance of the exposed hardware, but at least they give you nice shiny gold bolts to use. You could also use white circular stickers if you really wanted to cover them up. Overall, I am very happy with this product. I had it shipped to store, and there were no issues with damage to the package or contents.

After reading other reviews regarding flaws, I feared the crib I ordered would arrive damaged, but each piece was in perfect condition. Nonetheless, upon installing the final rail, the top corner cracked in two when attaching to the post. I tried gluing the piece back on but was not satisfied with the repair; therefore, I ordered a second crib and hoped it would arrive in perfect condition. It did. I then switched out the broken rail with the new one and then returned the second arrival to the local store. I love the look of the crib and its non-bulky size. I'm very pleased with the quality considering the reasonable price. I caution while following installation instructions be sure to also compare to a picture of the crib. I had to rearrange the long rails after the initial installation. I put the crib together myself with no help and it was frustrating to say the least, but all eventually turned out well. To protect the rails from a teething baby, and to protect the baby from paint/wood particles, I ordered two Trend Lab Fleece Crib Wraps, one for each side, as you can see in the picture. They perfectly accommodate the rail curvatures.

Beautiful Crib

Takes 2 people to assemble, a little difficult. Good looking crib.

I bought this for my grand-baby
and it looks so pretty.  The high-low railing is perfect for her to learn how to pull herself up and it makes it easy for me to bend over to change her diaper.  Was easy to assemble!  Would have rated 5 stars but the screw holes didnt have any caps to cover them.

great item for frugal and low income families

I recently purchased this crib for my soon to be born daughter/ 2nd child. For my first  child/son, I purchased a super expensive convertible crib, but now that my son is a toddler, and getting into all types of characters, I regret getting one so expensive because now I want to get him a cool boys bed but feel bad parting with the super expensive crib/toddler bed.  But this Dream on me crib I purchased on sale for only $119, the quality is great, and looks so pretty in her room, and when the time comes, if I want to part ways with it, or pass it down to someone else I won't feel as bad because I didn't make such a huge investment, or if she wants to keep it, she can keep it until she's a teenager!

Great quality for the price

Beautiful crib! It only took my hubby 45 mins to put together. The only thing was there was a few dents in the wood and scratches which came from the manufacturer. Also, they give you the the bar to add to the crib when it's toddler ready but not the extra piece (which you have to purchase separately) but over all beautiful crib we're happy!!

When I my husband came home with this item from In-store pick up, I was disappointed at the sight of the product. The box was tattered and  torn. I worried that pieces might be damaged. I was happy to see that there were no scratches or dents when he opened it.  He also stated the crib was easy to assemble. It was adorable as the picture. I look forward to putting our baby in this crib.

Terrible packaging, but easy to assemble

This crib has a wonderful design to it, the wavy sides is what the mother to be really liked about the crib. I did review this crib a prior time with one star, both sides had come damaged, I returned and purchased second time and thankfully this time around, it only came with two little dents in wood . No big deal. Very pleased we decided to try one more time.  Don't give up. 
It's important to note that the crib isn't drilled to put the wavy side bars as picture shown, they actually have it drilled to have sides both lower at one end,higher at other end,  it's that way on the packing box and instructions  but you can flip a side to put it as picture above. The first damaged crib came with it drilled to have the wavy sides as pictures. Second crib came drilled different plus with a Dream on Me emblem which first did not. I guess you never know what you'll get. I read reviews good and bad about damage, not drilled correctly so if you receive crib with no issues, consider yourself very lucky but don't give up if you really like design because it was well worth the time to order a second time for my granddaughter. 
The crib does have 4 different levels to put the crib mattress which is a plus as the child grows. 
The crib is very easy to put together, the mother to be did it by herself in a short amount of time. 
I didn't give the crib 5 stars because of the little dents, not drilled correctly to put as picture shown and there was also an area that the paint wasn't perfect and it was marked with blue tape I'm sure during processing to show it had a flaw but that area was left and item shipped.

Bed parts came chipped and I cant afford to let it just slide because Im putting a newborn inside who will grow and start grabbing and I dont need my baby getting any splinters. It also didnt come with any manual instructions to help put together
