Have been using CPAP for 2+ years, tried a number of masks for over a year and a half. Had to go back for fitting and this is best fit for me.  Does leak, each on and off.  Nice design.

I love this mask and head gear. So comfortable and secure seal. So much better than the one with those huge magnets that hurt my neck.

So comfortable

I really like the dreamwear headgear set but even the small nasal pillow is too large for my small nares. I find my sleep is less interrupted with the tube extending from the top v the nose especially since I rotisserie in my sleep. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to continue with the small pillow as it is just too big and uncomfortable. I'd love to revisit this set up if/when an XS made.

Great system except….

I tried several different sizes and these just feel like they are pinching or cutting into my nose. The gel pillows they replaced were great but these have been an awful experience. I have now moved on the the Nasal Cushion but it tends to leak however that is still better then feeling like I am trying to give myself papercuts in my nose all night.

Poor Replacement for gel pillows

The new strap with hard plastic not only
 makes it hard to get comfortable, it gives me a headache and constant sensitivity / inflammation at the base of my skull. Please go back to the old strap! at the very least make it available seperately
