It serves its purpose and was easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying baby/pet gates for years, so when one of the gates came with a ramp, I thought that has got to be the best thing since sliced bread. Not only did it make it more comfortable for both me and my dogs to navigate, since it reduces the tripping hazard - but the best thing is it helps when pulling a vacuum over it.  I just had to see if these ramps were available on their own.  It was not easy to find one that looks like they would fit correctly, but this one seemed like it would be the closest fit.  The height was just a half inch lower than perfect, but the length was perfect, as was the width of the opening where it straddles the lower gate rail.   My only complaint was that most gates have a small metal bar at the bottom of the gate door.  This is used to keep the gate from swinging too far in the opposite direction.  With this ramp, the bar becomes a hinderance when trying to close the gate.  Not impossible, but it does require that you put some more effort into closes it.  Overall: just great that someone came up with it!

The gate works ok. It seems to not have such a great grip on the wall so it slides a bit. But keeps my kid and dogs out of places

This is a ramp not a baby gate and I would not have realized that until I read the comments! So, I just wanted to stress to those of you shopping for a gate. THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL GATE AND DO NOT FALL FOR THE SELLER'S PICTURE!
