Quality

The measurements online are incorrect. They have the measurements for the twin and the double/full backwards and when I ordered a double/full it was shipped as a twin size bed. Was too small and therefore I had to return the mattress.

Sizes mixed up

[Employee of walmartcanada] It's amazing quality for the price, comfortable and it's medium firm. I like it with some soft comforter on it so it feel more soft n cozy.

Satisfied

This product was falsely advertised. It was advertised as 7 inches thick but it was only 4.5 inches thick. After you take it out of the box you can't repack it as it comes vacuum packed. Customer service wants me to put it in a box to return it. How am I supposed to do that? Seriously disappointed and feel ripped off with this product and by Walmart. What disappointment! I wonder if any staff actually read these reviews.
