Since JoAnn's closed, I a lot of my sewing and quilting materials from Walmart. They are good quality and arrive fast.

If you don't want a rolling waistband, this is the product to buy. Mom taught me this 50 years ago . . . She was right!

I appreciate ease in applying to waistbands. There was no struggle installing elastic. 
Subsequent laundering and machine drying found no distortion of elastic and shape of waistband.

Easy to work with and comes in the perfect size.

I sew a lot of pj's for the kids and grandkids. Love this bulk box of elastic. Easy to use and perfect size for kids and adults. Soft elastic so won't chaff the skin. This is the only way I buy elastic.
