I needed to replace our big easy to read tape measure that went missing  asap,  so hopefully this will do the trick. 
Need to measure a dining table to be sure it will work out in our tiny apt. 
My eyes are not great so might have a little trouble seeing the teeny tiny tape clearly. 
Don't get old, it's a PITA!

I really like this little tape measure for my sewing box. I received the green one as shown in the photos. I've carried the old-style roll-up "fabric" tape measure in my sewing box for almost 60 years. The roll-up has a small footprint and large, easy-to-read print, BUT it has to be re-rolled after each use. I can't tell you have many times I've dropped that silly thing while winding it. I plan to keep both in my sewing box, but this little Dritz retractable measure is great! It's 5 ft with both standard U.S. numbering and metric. I especially like the push button on top that quickly retracts the tape. It also STOPS where you want it to, which is so handy if you have to put it down for a moment to write down a measurement.

Wish I had this 60 years ago!

After more than 10 years I wore my previous one out so I am hoping this one lasts just as long. So many times I have found it convenient to have a small tape measure while out shopping and this one is perfect!

Very convenient when shopping!

I needed this because I take measurements for my store on eBay and it is such a handy little device that comes in perfect every time and I absolutely love it and the value for the money is amazing!

Exactly what i was looking for, but better. It's not stiff. You can measure yourself or things in general. It's a plastic material that seems semi-durable, but not flimsy. The fact that it goes back into a case makes it super convenient to store. Totally recommend!

Fantastic

Tape measure worked properly. Prices are inflated but it was still priced pretty good.

Not sure what they mean by display.  Numbers are on the tape not digital. Comes in handy for clothes shopping online.

Easy and useful

This is my 2nd retractable tape measure like this (my 1st was kidnapped  !)  They both are light-weight, a perfect size to keep in a purse or coat pocket and easy to use.  My only regret is that %232 does not have a key chain  or even a hole where I can insert one.  It was so convenient to be able to put it with my keys if I needed to take it with me, or hang it from a hook on the side of my fridge if I wanted to check measurements to see if Tai Chi Walking really worked etc !

NO MORE "GRAB %26 GO" but still a great item

Small, affordable but I held the retract button down and it clipped my finger.
No sustainable damage but it stung for a bit.
Just roll it up carefully. Also I've lost it several times bc it is so small but that's why I bought it for the size

It hurts when it pops back

The "inches" are on the underside if the tape with the "metric" are on the upside.
I know this sounds pretty petty. But it's something that irritates me every time i use it (OCD).
Aside from having to turn it over ever time you want to measure in inches, it's a good little tape measure.

Tape is in backwards.
