Unfortunately this one was not quite the sharpness of a razor. I had to use my dremel to sharpen it. Easy for holding in one hand. No finger fatigue after hours of use. The comfort of holding a pen. Dark turquoise blue color makes it easy to discern from cloth.

For seam ripping, you should use instead of knife

This is a very handy tool and does a good job.  takes out stiches and could even prepare for a button hole.  I have had one for so many years that I misplaced recently %26 had to replace it.  Glad I found it through Walmart.  Good brand %26 great price.  Thank You

Dandy little tool for sewing %26 beyond

I can't really sew.  This is easy to use.  For me, that is mainly clothes with a stupid elastic band.

So easy

I needed to shorten some straps on a dress. These straps were sewn in between two layers of fabric in the dress. Id never used one of these before but it made the job of unstiching the original threads so easy. Cant even tell I altered the straps.

Easy to use even if you've never used before

The seam rippers were ordered for the sewing club here at my school. The students love the ease of being able to open incorrectly sewn stitches to complete their projects.

Fix the stitch

Been using this to sew and it works great. Feels very sturdy for the price and is very sharp.

The small size is a blessing in my tiny sewing kit, but with my big hands, I'm glad I don't need it much. It's a good trade-off.
