This is a very nice chair, much better than the regular with sides and back for maneuvering to reach things and this fits my very small tub much better than the bigger one with arms and back.  
Assembly is super easy too.
Has very nice easy to see height adjustment numbers on each leg making level adjustments much easier to see to do. 
I would recommend having someone with strong hands and arms to do the height adjustment because this would be too tough for someone with painful arthritis or other painful disorder and it would make those people miserable if they try to do the adjustments.
But yes overall this is a super nice option and very durable and good for smaller bathtubs.

This is very well made and goes together quickly.  We chose the gray, it's a very nice color and blends with the  bathroom decor perfectly.  The size is nice - it fits into the shower or against a wall.  It's quite sturdy to sit on.  Arrived quickly.  Highly recommend.

Very Nice Shower Seat

Im a senior, weigh 155 lbs and am 5ft4inches tall. I needed a chair for my walk in shower to be able to shave my legs comfortably. I honestly don't know how i ever lived without this chair. I only gave it 4 stars for sturdiness cuz it makes noises while I'm using it, that make me nervous. It may be 100% solid and those noises are normal.  I've never had one of these so I'm not sure. But the seat is long and wide with handles so you can feel very secure. You can adjust the height.

I am an enormously short,  fat person. This chair is reliable for me in my new walk-n shower. It was easy to assemble, too. As a senior, I get dizzy easily. This helps.

My mother really likes this shower chair.  Her experience in the shower is now something she looks forward too...I also purchased the hand held shower unit to accompany this purchase, and she thinks it was a necessary purchase that suits her situation.

Sit in Safety

Chair is easy to assemble, very sturdy and stable providing you situate it firmly to the tub floor.  It will not fit properly in smaller tubs and you will have to put it sideways and straddle it a bit for use, or sit in the middle mostly with your legs together in front of you.  This sideways positioning is probably not a good idea for  severely disabled or heavyset people.  It does stay stable though.  Your bottom will stick to the plastic, so make sure to wet it before you sit down.  The seat does not ever seem to get slick for me and I always rinse the soap off before I stand up.  It has an anti-slip finish to it to keep  from sliding around too.
There might be an issue cleaning the seat because it has drain holes and lots of curves on the underside, but regular disinfecting and rinsing should help.  There was also a Prop 65 warning regarding the metal leg part, but unsure how much of a risk that is, since you mainly come into contact with the seat.  Unsure about other health risks, like inhalation of particulates which seems highly un likely since the metal is not breaking down, or the chair material itself.  Running shower water constantly rinses your feet too.  I mainly use it for showering my hair  every couple of days, as the shower splatters water on the painted wall and sitting lower to do this has prevented this from happening.  It also helps if you have foot issues and other health issues.  It's nice to be able to sit down and relax.   It probably is best to periodically check the wingnuts on the underside of the chair to make sure they stay tight.  Overall, it is a good option if you need a shower chair.

Shower bench

Doesn't work if the shower isn't perfectly flat. Bought this to use after knee surgery, I'm about 175lb and this happened. Ordered a different brand that had an additional cross-brace between the legs. Luckily I was able to transfer to a chair outside of the shower without it completely failing, which would have been a very bad outcome.

Didn't hold up.

Very poor quality! Screws that this mechanic snugged down came loose after one use. I cannot in good conscience recommend this product. They will not take returns either.!

Poor quality and I I'm stuck with junk

I do NOT recommend this product.  It began to collapse twice during use.  Description gives a 400lb. capacity.  I purchased this after my husbands hip replacement surgery, he weighs 250lb. Would have been a total disaster had I not been close enough to catch him.
