[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My name is Travis I recently bought a drive medical scout. I have ms and it has been a big help with getting around and going outside especially. I would recommend it to people with mobility problems.

I really wanted to try it before I bought it. But it was better then I expected. The assembly was easy. The batteries were fully charged and I was able to take it for a test drive within 1/2 hour after I received it. The only thing I don't like is the turning radius. I would have liked it to have been smaller. So far, I love it.

Great Scooter!

Since it has become so difficult to walk any distance I had difficulty taking my dog for his walks.  My Scout Scooter has made it a joy to take him outside for his walks.

Husband has issues with his feet, he just loves this for getting around in big stores like Wal Mart. Rides it all over the place actually. Fits in my Kia Sedona and loads easily.

Slow as a snail, but can do a walking pace with a 375lb user.

Works as described

Great scooter for the dollars!  Bought this for my husband, who is rather 'portly'.  We were able to adj. the arm rests for his body size and it fits perfectly.    Don't know about the duration of the batteries yet- we just recently bought this scooter.

My husband says the seat is a little hard to sit on after awhile.   The only thing I can be concerned about is when you take it apart to travel with.  The parts are plastic and if they get banged around they 'could' become damaged.  I wrapped the rear drive part in a blanket because it kept sliding around in the back of our car.

4-wheel Compact Scooter

Pros:
Good battery life
Good torque
Good traction
Quiet

Cons:
Uncomfortable seat
Difficult to tilt handlebars
Cramped at highest seat position (I'm only 5'2")
Terrible turning radius
Hard tires = bumpy ride
Seating position is very far back, which gives good traction, but causes tipping and wheelies on steep slopes
Slow acceleration
When backing, if you hit something and let go of the controls, the motor doesn't stop immediately... this resulted in tipping me over when I backed into a curb, but it didn't stop, and it sent me tumbling onto the sidewalk

Gets the job done, could be better

Scooter would not run, called tech-line and gave them information about the code that was given. Made checks as instructed, they said the code was defective motor. Was told box it back up and return to Walmart for a refund, which I did.

Inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
