I use this chair constantly. Love it. It is exactly what i needed. i personally like the fact that I can get up by myself safely to get to my walker. The  heavy rubber suction feet keep me steady when I move from sitting to standing. I cannot walk on my own so this chair gives me more mobility. I would definitely recommend this item to someone with mobility problems.

I have another one that I use all the time so I got another one for in another room so I didn't have to try and move it around all the time. It's  sturdy and comfortable and works well for my needs.

Item is very good. Could use a foot rest.  Fedex did not follow instructions and left at front door instead of back door.

The chair makes it so much easier for my sister's aregiver to help her with her shower.  My sister has Parkinson's Disease which makes it almost impossible, and very dangerous, for my sister to stand during her shower.

Perfect to lift me up to kitchen counter height. Great for cooking and doing dishes. Back problems don't allow me to stand for extended periods. I wish I'd gotten it sooner

It helps relieve prolong standing, someone with back or leg issues will find it useful.

Keeping a means to being self sufficient.

It's what I expected it to be and fits my needs fine. It did come with a small tear in the  back seat not  big only about and 8th of an inch or so that I will have to glue or something so it dosen't get bigger but I didn't want to go to the trouble of returning it since it was  so minimal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly fairly easy, except one tube of the front section was deformed (bent), damaged in shipment or manufacture? Easily corrected to true roundness with large pliers. The stool's wide range of height adjustment and hand rails (removable armrests) make it very comfortable for weak knees. Also the removable back allows more uses. Excellent design, other stol never have otimum height.

The chair is uncomfortable. Chair padding is thin. I removed the arms in an effort to sit more comfortable....more of an barrier than helpful at this point.

The basic design is good for a person recovering from hip replacement, if you are not too short. At 5'-7" tall I use the lowest setting, and can touch the floor with my toes with heels slightly off the floor. The front edge of the seat is 21 1/2" off the floor at that setting (probably 21" when you are sitting on it). The legs adjust in 1" increments to increase the height up to 6" more.
The upholstery is a very thin membrane of some kind stretched over the foam and heat sealed. Time will tell if it is durable enough.

This is not what you should buy if you want comfort. The seat is only 13.5" wide and 11" deep. My 170 lbs totally compresses the foam, and I feel like I am sitting on a little board.

Some have had trouble adjusting the legs. Here is a method. Estimate how many inches (holes) you need to change the height. Turn the stool upside down. Grip the two pins of a leg between thumb and forefinger and squeeze while holding the foot with the other hand and twisting slightly until the pins pull into the tube. Push (or pull) the foot until the pins reach the desired hole, then twist the foot back until the pins pop out the hole.

Mine arrived with the hardware strewn throughout the box. There was a tiny zip-lock bag for the hardware, sealed, but with a slit across it.
The front leg assembly had an orange stain that I was able to remove by rubbing it with toothpaste.

This is a very uncomfortable chair with a forward tilt and no foot rest.
