My husband absolutely loves this! It sent him down a rabbit hole of hard to reach cleaning. It is easy to use, doesn't leave a film…you can just tell it's clean. Cut down normal cleaning time, it now takes less than 1/2 the time for the same, but usually better results.  Definitely recommend!

Buy it now!! I don't know why Walmart doesn't give the option to upload a video but I have the PERFECT promo video to share with anyone wanting to know if it's worth the money. I used it on my baseboards and my beige tile grout and it all looks new now. I wasn't worried if the heat was too much for my paint bc I have tons on hand for touch ups but if you've got good quality paint the steam doesn't hurt it. I even ran it with the softer brush on some spots on the walls and it took them right off and didn't affect the paint at all, the marks just wiped away easily. I am so impressed with this device. It is basically like having a pressure washer in your house but without the mess (of water and splashing) of course the steam does evaporate into a little water but you need lots of rags to wipe away whatever it is you are cleaning anyway. Also I did my research before making this purchase. The amount of time you get from a full tank is SO BEYOND impressive and it heats up within 8 minutes of filling and pushing the start button. I scrubbed an entire hallways grout and the unit was still green and ready to do more. I have also used it to clean the nasty build up in the kitchen sink line where the sink meets the countertop and it really got all the gunk, it is amazing. I honestly don't have a single complaint about this purchase. You will need to have your own designated storage for all the attachments so I suppose it would be cool if the manufacturer could include a mesh bag in the future but I've got plenty of ideas for where I want to keep everything stored together. Spend the money on yourself and your sanity if you like things neat and clean in your home or work place, it really is worth every penny.

Do yourself a favor and buy this steamer!!

I love this! I used it so far for my floors windows, bathroom, oven and the carpet on my stairs. It's great. I tried to clean my walls and it's too powerful peeled some paint off. Don't use on walls unless you are very gentle. I used too much steam.  It gets very hot. Works great on all other listed places. Very easy to use.

Great steamer

Awesome product, only thing is the carpet steamer attachment is somewhat defective in that one side of the clamp keeps coming loose for no reason???  Easy enough to replace, I also bought the 3 years plan so no worries...All in all great product, can even hit walls and ceilings...

Steam cleaner

Love it. The amount of time it takes to heat up is a little off-putting, but the other features outweigh this. The steam and pressure of the steam are amazing! The wheels on the bottom, as well as the cord wrap on the bottom, are a bonus! It comes with many useful attachments. The hose is long enough to reach a lot. It's a bit on the bulky side, but well worth it. You don't have to refill the tank every five seconds, which is a huge bonus.

Best one yet! Hands down!!

I love this steam cleaner so far.  It's versatile so comes with lots of tools for cleaning.   It is easy to use, no complicated steps.   I am extremely pleased with the way it cleans.  I have so far cleaned upholstery and hardwood floors with mine, and I was amazed!!  I was able to take out a glue stain that had been on my couch for months.  Nothing else had worked.  Such a relief to have finally found a cleaning product that works!  I would recommend to anyone needing a steam cleaner!

Steam Cleaner For Superior Cleaning

Steamer functions well, and I'm sure it is engineered to a higher standard than the competition. But!
The hose not being able to detach from the unit is a real miss… pain for filling, pain for storing, more prone to fail. 
The cord wrapping up underneath is another flop. It's awkward to wrap and unwrap because you must flip the machine upside down to see what you're doing. Pain. 
The time it takes to heat up is about 15 mins not the advertised 8 mins. 
I'm sure the 2.0 version will address these annoying misses, at that time it will be a 5 star machine. 
So close to a home run. The machine dose preform well and is light years ahead of anything from Wuhan, alibaba/Amazon, or tictok.

good steamer with some room for improvement

Works well FYI used once however i used it on a carpet car floor mat extremely dirty covered in oil and stains used this no soap or prior scrubbing just steam and it cleaned off a majority of the dirt and grime however if you plan for this to be your sole cleaner think again its more of a finisher cleaner type more medium duty the heavy duty cleaning if that makes sense however its efficiency in cleaning is pretty good along with the assortment in tools offered isn't so bad either as I am primarily going to use this in a vehicle

Pros: Cord and hose are adequately long. Cord wraps under the machine for storage. Steam temperature is good. Pressure is good.  Small brush attachments cleans small areas adequately.  Micro fiber cloths can be used on floor tool.  Micro fiber bonnet for the triangle tool works to steam upholstery and garments. 

Cons: Built in funnel makes filling slow. No water level gauge. Takes 10 mins to heat. Takes 20 minutes to cool to refill.  None of the attachment brushes are adequate to scrub large areas. (Imaging cleaning an entire bathtub with a quarter coin size brush) The triangle brush is useless for scrubbing- the one row of bristles bend and splay causing them not to be viable for scrubbing. The squeegee does not work well at all. It is fixed at an odd angle and doesn't allow proper pressure for cleaning glass. The small cleaning brushes do not work on oven baked on grime unless you use the ONE brass brush included then it still takes a long time to adequately steam and scrub off baked on grime.  It still does not remove all the baked on grime even after repeated attempts. I gave up after an hour on the oven door. The floor tool only moves from side to side and is difficult to use in corners. There is no attachment for the floor tool for steaming carpets. There is no way to drain the tank completely of water due to the "built-in funnel", unless you hold the trigger of the hose and allow all the steam to be used up.  No storage for attachments and no place to coil the hose. The hose is non removable.  

All in all the Dupray Neat is not good for cleaning larger bathrooms or kitchens due to the lengthy time it takes to heat the water and to cool down the tank for refill.  Using the small round brushes for oven, shower or bathtub cleaning is unbelievably time intensive.  You may get at best 40 min of cleaning time before you have to refill. Then that takes an half an hour with cool down time and heat up time. So each time you have to fill the tank you will be down for 30 minutes.  

This item may work well for someone cleaning small areas like cup holders or stove tops, provided there is not too much baked on grime. sinks, or inside refrigerators.  For cleaning larger areas this product is unnecessarily cumbersome and time consuming. 

Honestly, in my opinion, whomever designed this steamer and its attachments had no idea of how to actually clean a real home.  This purchase has turned out to be a huge disappointment. The product simply does not work for my home unless I can find another 6 hours in a day to spend on cleaning with this time-bandit!

Pros and many, many Cons

The main dislike of the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner is that it does NOT have a detachable hose, which makes storing the unit inconvenient and cumbersome. 

The unit's ability to produce powerful steam is just "okay." I used it on floor tile grout, and although it did remove some of the embedded dirt, it did not actually "clean" the grout as expected. 

In reference to the unit's ease of use for cleaning floor surfaces, it does an excellent job. However, because of the unit's square shape, pulling it around on its built-in wheels is somewhat cumbersome, especially compared to "mop-style" steam cleaners.  

I returned the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner after just one use. I then purchased a "mop-style" steam cleaner for the floors, which is much easier to maneuver and much easier to fill and empty compared to the large Dupray tank. I also purchased a hand-held steam cleaner for countertops, toilet seats, and plumbing fixtures. 

The bottom line is, if you have plenty of storage space and don't have a need to clean floor grout lines, I think most users would be pleased with the Dupray's performance. However, if storage space is at a premium, or if you want to perform a "quick cleaning" of a flat surface (without filling a large water tank), consider purchasing a mop-style steam cleaner for the floors and a hand-held steamer for other steam cleaning; both are quick to fill and very agile.
