I bought the steamer primarily because I have a white tile shower with white grout that shows yellowing - and is a beer to clean. I've always considered myself a “clean freak” - so the fact that the grout is yellowing is not for lack of trying. This machine is AMAZING. Included are some before and after photos - you can clearly see where I had cleaned and where I had yet to do.
Not only did it clean the shower like a dream, but my floors / hardwood, LVT and tile. I got kids handprints off the walls and doors, grease off the kitchen backsplash, and dirt off a fabric chair with white upholstery. I am OBSESSED with this thing.
Some reviews complain about the cord being underneath - but I actually love that it stores away. Also it's a good reminder to pour out any remaining water to avoid mold, and tie up the cord while doing so (photo attached).
Finally, I had a hard time, deciding between the neat and neat plus, but ultimately went with the neat to save a few dollars in the event that it didn't wow me… well first of all, it absolutely wowed me, and secondly, some of the more “basic features “such as the longer heat up time really or not an inconvenience at all. I pour the water in it, plug it in, and then use that time to clean something else, vacuum the floor before I'm about to steam it etc. The machine goes for 50 minutes and by then I'm ready for a break anyways or a child needs something lol - the lower price machine is absolutely incredible. Do yourself a favor and grab it!

It's a MUST

Dupray

Awesome product, only thing is the carpet steamer attachment is somewhat defective in that one side of the clamp keeps coming loose for no reason??? Easy enough to replace, I also bought the 3 years plan so no worries...All in all great product, can even hit walls and ceilings...

Steam cleaner

walmart.com

Love it. The amount of time it takes to heat up is a little off-putting, but the other features outweigh this. The steam and pressure of the steam are amazing! The wheels on the bottom, as well as the cord wrap on the bottom, are a bonus! It comes with many useful attachments. The hose is long enough to reach a lot. It's a bit on the bulky side, but well worth it. You don't have to refill the tank every five seconds, which is a huge bonus.

Best one yet! Hands down!!

Buy it now!! I don't know why Walmart doesn't give the option to upload a video but I have the PERFECT promo video to share with anyone wanting to know if it's worth the money. I used it on my baseboards and my beige tile grout and it all looks new now. I wasn't worried if the heat was too much for my paint bc I have tons on hand for touch ups but if you've got good quality paint the steam doesn't hurt it. I even ran it with the softer brush on some spots on the walls and it took them right off and didn't affect the paint at all, the marks just wiped away easily. I am so impressed with this device. It is basically like having a pressure washer in your house but without the mess (of water and splashing) of course the steam does evaporate into a little water but you need lots of rags to wipe away whatever it is you are cleaning anyway. Also I did my research before making this purchase. The amount of time you get from a full tank is SO BEYOND impressive and it heats up within 8 minutes of filling and pushing the start button. I scrubbed an entire hallways grout and the unit was still green and ready to do more. I have also used it to clean the nasty build up in the kitchen sink line where the sink meets the countertop and it really got all the gunk, it is amazing. I honestly don't have a single complaint about this purchase. You will need to have your own designated storage for all the attachments so I suppose it would be cool if the manufacturer could include a mesh bag in the future but I've got plenty of ideas for where I want to keep everything stored together. Spend the money on yourself and your sanity if you like things neat and clean in your home or work place, it really is worth every penny.

Do yourself a favor and buy this steamer!!

I love this steam cleaner so far. It's versatile so comes with lots of tools for cleaning. It is easy to use, no complicated steps. I am extremely pleased with the way it cleans. I have so far cleaned upholstery and hardwood floors with mine, and I was amazed!! I was able to take out a glue stain that had been on my couch for months. Nothing else had worked. Such a relief to have finally found a cleaning product that works! I would recommend to anyone needing a steam cleaner!

Steam Cleaner For Superior Cleaning

This product is a must-have for cleaning and has multiple uses. I originally bought it to clean my car but found myself using it on the garage floor. It seemed to be the only thing that works to get the extremely stuck latex paint off the garage floor. I used the NEAT Lance with the Stainless Steel

Fantastic Steam Cleaner

I love this thing. It's small, lightweight, easy to use. I could see and feel how clean my kitchen was. The hoses are very long and sturdy. It immediately brightened up the disgusting old carpet in my rental apartment. I love being able to sanitize everything at once. Excellent stain removal too.

My only complaints are that it took a really long time to cool down so I could refill. That was a bummer because I was on a roll. But I got a lot done before I lost steam. The other complaint is that the wand itself gets pretty hot. But I guess that can't be avoided.

I can't imagine going back to cleaning without steam.

So satisfying

Everything works well. A couple of things didn't do what I expected. First, the more heat applied, the bristle softens up and appear like they will not go back to normal but they do. You just need to work it back to position while still warm. Secondly, maybe this is just me but I thought it would do more of the grout work and clean baseboards for me. I may return it because I can save the money and just use a toothbrush and elbow grease.

Performs As Expected

Works well FYI used once however i used it on a carpet car floor mat extremely dirty covered in oil and stains used this no soap or prior scrubbing just steam and it cleaned off a majority of the dirt and grime however if you plan for this to be your sole cleaner think again its more of a finisher cleaner type more medium duty the heavy duty cleaning if that makes sense however its efficiency in cleaning is pretty good along with the assortment in tools offered isn't so bad either as I am primarily going to use this in a vehicle

Steam is steam no matter where it comes from, but if you get steam from the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner you will find that it is easy to direct the steam to where you want it. The stylish canaster takes up little room and has an electric cord and steam hose that are long enough that you do not have to plug and unplug it while in use. Find a central plug, place the steamer in the center of your room and get ready to clean. You will need more cloths than comes with the steamer to wipe down the areas you have cleaned, for steam does make water and it needs to be wiped off to clean the area. With the attachments, you are able to clean windows, wood-work, cabinets, floors , rugs and so much more. We have used the steamer in the house, garage, and to clean our car and outdoor furniture.

The only draw back I have experienced with the Neat Steamer is that the electrical cord is hand wound at the bottom of the unit; this makes neat storage, however several times I have forgotten to unwind the cord before filling the steamer with water; this is inconvenient. If the company is open for suggestions, I would suggest that they make an automatic release and rewind for the cord similar to that on my steam iron.

Easy to use steamer

Beware. Water leaks everywhere 6 months out. It caused me to fall in my kitchen twice and I've got two bad hips. This is just unacceptable. I saw on their website that they charge for returns! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. They seems incredibly sketchy.

Leaks. Don't purchase.
