Easy to assemble, comfortable,

I recently assemble the chair, it was a fairly easy process. The chair is very comfortable and does look very nice.  However, after only a few weeks of usage, the bottom simply fail apart. Cracks formed at the bottom and now it is unusable.  Please see attached picture. I am presently trying to reach the company in order to get a replacement part. Based on my experience so far I cannot recommend this product. It is simply not durable under normal usage.
