Ease Of Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy set up with older propane fireplace. Was able to install in a few minutes and now this fireplace, that had a disfunctional remote and control when friend bought house now has a working remote!

Love how easy and intuitive the remote is for thermostat and other controls. Friend is 82 years old and the screen is easily read by her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the same unit that was not working properly.  It did not fix my problem.  Remote will not turn the flame on.  It will cut it off when reaching the temperature set.  Not sure what's needs fixing on log unit.
