- The YF300T refrigerant installation hose, pressure gauge, can tapper and R-1234yf system quick connect attaches to the A/C system Low Side for quick and easy install of refrigerant through the Low Side port thread of the R-1234yf system.
- Duracool® kits, refrigerants, sealants, oils, hoses, fittings, and tools are designed for use as a direct/retrofit replacement solution for either R-134a or R-1234yf systems (please confirm your system type before purchasing).
- The YF300T is a high-quality hose assembly for Duracool® 12a-yf refrigerant installation (refrigerant available in 6 oz. or 8 oz. can, F006 and F008 respectively).
- Only 50% of the original charge is required of Duracool® in the R-1234yf A/C system.
Therefore, if the system was originally charged with 2 lb. of OEM R-1234yf it is equivalent to approximately 1 lb. (16 oz.) of Duracool® 12a-yf refrigerant (additional equivalencies available here: www.duracool.com).
Ultimately, gauge pressures determine best results.
- Ensure installation occurs in a well-ventilated flame-free area.
