Applying

Color

First time using.  Impressed with the glossy finish after using just a paint brush.  Love the Cruiser Blue shade.

Great quality paint at an affordable price.  Went on smooth, self leveled quite well, and dried hard.  Did three thin coats 4-5 days apart with with a light 400 grit sand in between.  Other than the dust in my shop, it looks perfect.

Okay

First off, the paint is great.  It applied easily and has a great self leveling, smoothing when I rolled it on.  I learned a couple things in the process of painting my old StarCraft Aluminum boat.
I started with the international orange on the bottom which is a beautiful red orange.  The problem is I painted in the evening in the south.  Apparently it didn't have time to set up fully before the dew set in as it got dark out, and might have misted some light unexpected rain for a few minutes as well.  It ended up ruining the paint job and turned what had been a gorgeous glossy color into a flat, oxidized looking nasty color.  I had to sand it down and reapply the paint, having barely enough to finish.
Second thing I did was apply the aquamarine paint to the transom to visualize what the end result will be and make sure I like the color combo.  And man I hate it, it's not for me.  It is a really high quality paint, I can't complain about that.  However, the color in person is nothing at all what they show on the website color swatch.  I thought I was getting that nice deep teal color they show, instead it is a bright pool blue color.  I can't use it and I'm stuck with a gallon of this stuff and wasted a lot of money on it just for my boat to look like "Blippi" as everyone was so keen to point out haha.  It's horrible. They really need to fix the swatch online to be more accurate.

Aquamarine does not match the swatch at all!

Paint did not stick to the vote and it was a total different color than what was the what was displayed never use him again
