I like to make shakes and put them in my travel cup. Super easy to mix using my blender, the cookies and cream flavor is delicious. I've tried lots of different brands but the Dymatyze Elite brand is really flavorful . Would 100% recommend. It's affordable and sold at big box stores so it's easy to find.

I'm usually weary about buying whey protein powder because they tend to bloat me. But when I tried this one, it didn't bloat me at all and went down easy. I use a frother to mix my protein powders and this one was pretty easy for my frother to mix and left minimal bits but even with this bits, it was easy to swallow. The flavor is good and not too sweet which I like. I would definitely recommend this product for someone who is looking to add more protein the their diet and for someone who usually takes ISO proteins but wants to try out whey proteins that are easy on the stomach. I would definitely buy this product again and even try the other flavors available. I've been a fan of Dymantize for a few years and this is another product that I'll add to my protein preferences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1- Scoop Visibility: The inclusion of a red scoop inside the canister is a thoughtful detail, making it easily noticeable like a golf ball in the snow 2- Flavor: The flavor could be enhanced, as it currently leans towards being dry and bland. I tend to like things sweeter. 3 - Mixability: It mixes effortlessly, standing out from other protein powders that require vigorous shaking 4 - Caloric Impact vs. Satiation: Despite consuming 280 calories per 12oz drink, it lacks in providing a feeling of fullness, which is a significant downside for me as I'm on a calorie-restricted diet 5 - Nutrition profile: 25g of protein for 140 calories is a good ratio, set aside my previous point above. Zero added sugar is a positive. I like that the sodium is pretty low as well. Would be awesome to somehow have some Vitamin D in there. 6 - Versatility: I mixed some into my protein pancakes, and the powder adds a nice flavor without altering/compromising the texture of the pancakes 7 - Digestibility: I didn't have any digestive issues related to the powder

Sufficient, not remarkable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] tried it mixed in a variety of liquids, smoothies, baked good recipes. it's OK but it's way too sweet. doesn't taste much like cookies & is not creamy. for me, it's so sweet it's hard to drink on its own, without adding it to something like a smoothie or using a half scoop of this + another protein.
