[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to blend whey powder.  I use a small frother which is a lot faster but it works just as well to mix with a spoon. This is the fifth canister I have bought in three months.  I started out with the capuchino.  It was really good but you don't get as much as the regular vanilla or chocolate, plus it is a few dollars more.  Very good though.  Then i went to the vanilla, great vanilla taste.  choclate browine.  it is tasty but i prefer the regulat chocolate.  I tried the cookies and cream.  i usually mix up about two cups at a time and just use water.  i was surprised at how tasty it is with just water.  I use it to cream my coffee and it works really well. I put the rest in the refrigerator for the next day.  Alot of times i am so thisty in the morning, its nice and cold and i drink it down after i put some in my coffee.  It doesnt separate and stays nice and smooth.  I just give it a quick stir wirh a spoon to blend it better.  The chocolate is my favorite flavor. Usually go through one canister a month.   There are less costly brands out there but i like this one and will stick with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does it taste like Starbucks, it also has the same great amounts of protein as the more expensive iso 100. And yes the elite is not hydrolyzed. This means it doesn't mix quite as easily but still will mix fine. It also doesn't get absorbed as fast by the body, however I don't really notice a difference. This protein is still great and will help you build or maintain muscles/recover from workouts.

It was a little hard to mix into the water. I have only tried it in drink form. I would like to use this to mix into protein balls for a snack as well. The chocolate flavor is very pleasant!

This is the second shipment of this protein powder I have received that is expired.  Very dissatisfied.   If I could mark a zero I would.  The replacement did come in a timely manner but it was expired product.

This product tastes great in milk But it has 25% cholesterol which is silly Also it has a deadly ingredient carrageenan which is very harmful and can cause tumors. In my case it caused multiple lipomas

It contains carrageenan which hurts the gut long term
