I am currently back on it and have gained about 8 pounds. I don't eat 4-5 meals a day even feel my has appetite under controlled .I almost always use almond milk and banana with Kale as a mixer .The powder mixes very well and easy to control the consistency.

This is a great affordable Mass Gainer option. It may not be the very best but it works. I recently switched from regular whey to mass gainer and quickly noticed a difference.
If you can afford a higher quality option by all means do so. 
But if you are on a budget or new to gain seeking, this is a good starting spot.  
As always with supplements, do your research and make good choices. Always go for the best quality you can afford as it is something you will be putting into your body regularly.

It has a great taste and easy to use. Easy to throw together before or after the gym. For a non user to become one, I say it's doing it's job. Try it out.

I love that I can use it as a meal Replacement because of my busy life style. If your in the gym a lot and looking to gain muscle this product is for you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff works extremely well to get ready for workouts and it has a great flavor to boot. I'm not sure if it adds mass yet but the ingredient list checks out. One of the most important things with products like these is the one it works, and two that it tastes good enough to actually WANT to use it. This does both of those as far as ingredients and tested flavor. I love that they included sunglasses. I mean it's Winter, but I'm sure to get some use next summer on the beach while jogging or working out. I would fully recommend this to almost anyone interested in fitness.
