Anytime is the right time to cook on this DGN405DNC-D heavy-duty charcoal grill from Dyna-Glo. Each cooking grate is made with porcelain enameled cast iron for maximum heat transfer and searing. Customize the cooking temperature by using the adjustment crank to raise and lower the charcoal tray. Total cooking area is 568 square inches. Reloading or stoking charcoal is made simple by opening the steel access door on the front of the grill. The smoke stack features an adjustable flue for additional temperature control. The high capacity ash pan is removable for quick and easy clean-up.

I haven't used it yet. But I can say that it is very robust, with interesting functions such as the height adjustment of the coal tray and the ash drawer. It seems long to ride with all its parts but it is really easy and I managed to mount it alone without any help.

like with every new grill, you have to "learn" the grill. 1st time I loaded charcoal like my old grill!Oops!! Too much!2nd time used a lot less!!Perfect!!I love it!! and would recomend it!!

Great experiance all the way!

I bought this grill for my husband and its wonderful. It arrived quick and was packed really well. The direction to assemble were easy ,parts sorted well. We seasoned as per instruction and grilling has been great. We don't fight over who empties ashes any more because its so simple with this grill.

Overall, the grill is very nice and easy to assembly.  It had a few small dents and fangs from the shipping.  All parts seems to function properly, the only issue that I have with the grill is it does not seal properly. When in use the smoke seems to escape from all parts of grills except the smoke stack where it's suppose to escape.

The ash pan is too small, great for burgers and steak but when grilling something requiring a longer time, the ash pan overflows due to more charcoals used.  This was a design flaw as pan should be 3 in deep instead of 1 inch.

Let me preface this by saying I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. What a disappointment it turned out to be!

When putting together grill I noticed several issues right from the start. The handle on the grill was bent, there was scratches on the black plastic that looked as if they were painted over. Scratches on the stainless part, cracks in the tires and last but not least the tempature gauge was broken! All this aside we still decided to try it out (mainly because it was close to Father's Day and I didn't have time to exchange for a different one).

Started cooking on it and the "stainless" part turned brown. Once done with the grill we went to clean the racks but the lid had sealed itself shut!! Yes, the grill lid was stuck shut. That's when I had had enough and returned the grill! I guess from the jarring it took when loading it the lid opened and you could see where the plastic had melted and sealed the lid.

So, my husband ended up with no gift for Father's Day! :(

This product is advertized as stainless and I bought it believing that it will be rust free but this item is already showing signs of rusting on the edge. Besides, the stainless part turns out not to be stainless after all. It stained on first use by smoke coming from the inside and since then I've done everything possible to clean it out all to no avail. I would have bought more cheaper charcoal grills than wasting almost $252 buying this piece of junk. I am disappointed Samsclub is standing behind this product. If not for the stress of dismantling it, I would have packd it up and sent it back to samsclub because i just bought it.

You've likely seen from the online reviews that the quality on this grill is hit or miss. You might decide that you want to roll the dice and purchase this grill despite the odds, like I did. Unfortunately it was a miss for me. I spent the hour or so to assemble the grill and took it outside for my first cook. When I lifted the lid the rear panel welds on the firebox popped loose. The grill was now nearly unusable. Any further lifts of the lid would have just kept peeling more of the back panel loose. I called GHP Group as the manual instructed. The call agent told me to take pictures of the broken piece and mail it to the address on the back of the manual. At this point I knew it was going to be more delay and frustration than it was worth. I packed up the grill and took it back to my local WalMart. About the only positive with this experience was WalMart refunded my money with no issue. If you are considering buying this grill, my first bit of advice is--don't, but if you roll the dice like me make sure you buy it from a brick and mortar where you can return it. Odds are you will need to.
