I love chinese food. With prices rising  I decided to make teriyaki chicken at home. These water chestnuts are an absolute fantastic addition. I just purchased them for the 2nd time. They are great with mushrooms and broccoli. A must buy. Great crunch and freshness

Texture was good nice and crispy. I always add them to my green bean casserole and they really add some texture to the dish.

Shopping on line at walmart is so easy to do. Much better than going to the store where i could be tempted to purchase more items than i can afford.

I really do like these in my salads and stir fry. I like to chill them for a crispy taste. I grew up with a chestnut tree on our land.
Affordable and exactly as described and pictured.

Crunchy Chestnuts or chestnuts roasted by fire

I love the crunch of these. I add them to a Chinese lettuce cups I make using romaine, ground turkey cooked in hoison sauce and toasted sesame oil, green onions, water chestnuts, and topped with chow main noodles and a drizzle of siracha. Huge family favorite!

These water chestnuts are nice and crunchy , with a very good flavor...... I have added them to a variety of meals that are sparked up with this added attention.  My stew is very good now, or, these are so tasty, they're yummy right from the can ..... just remember to rinse them as you drain out the liquid . They have a bit of sweetness to them, and any dish that would come to mind , that would be enhanced by a bit of crunch ..... well, you'll have to try them !!

Definitely recommend this brand others had warning of cancer labels these were really good I used them for low calorie date snicker and salads etc

so crunchy, even if you boil it!! wish I knew about it before. and that crunchyness stays, making food crunchy but not too hard or soft

great taste the reason for the four stars is a few of them in the can or on the mushy side and not crunchy but other than that good brand good taste.

It was a can of rotten food, it smelled so bad had to air out the house. The water chestnuts are so mushy they turned into a soft goo when touched. The color was off kind of a gray. Should be removed from shelves.
