I'm happy with the device. However, I bought a refurbished device and but there was hair and the device was stained with dirt. There was a mention that the device was cleaned. It didn't look like it. I am disappointed for this reason.

I was excited to try the airwrap and have been disappointed with its "ok" results.  I like the brush attachments, the hair dryer attachment is "ok", I thought it would have a larger opening but its much smaller that I was expecting and takes longer to dry my hair.  The wrap/curler attachments don't work in my hair and the curl falls out quite quickly.  I have done "hot" to cold to set, used products on my hair.  My hair usually holds curl well using traditional heat tools. It was a lot of money for an "ok" result.  May return

My curls fall right away. Even with hairspray. I bought a refurbished airwrap and I can't return it. The hair dryer is good but the curls don't even hold

I just don't know

I've wanted this for years. Tried it out but my hair was left puffy and still with a curl. I have naturally curly hair so I don't think this works for us how we want. The airwrap and round attachments were great but others were useless.

I really wanted to love the Dyson, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me. It broke after just the 5th use, which was incredibly frustrating for such an expensive product. It also dried out my hair badly and didn't suit my hair type at all. The curls didn't hold, and my hair became frizzy and static every time I used it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Disappointed – Not Worth the Hype

Unfortunatley I have yet to use my new refurbished Dyson as it is not working properly.  I must say I am so far very disappointed (considering the cost of this item).  I now have to ship it back and wait on another:(  Praying that the replacement works!

Not Happy

I received the product so late, it didn't worked at all and the procedure for return is so hard, won't shop Walmart online anymore more

Not pleased- doesn't seem to heat poverty and curls don't last long. Asked for a swap for a newer model and was denied.

Heating difficulties

I received the defected airwrap, as it was already refurbished and was mentioned that it work as a new but it is making a wired noise which is very disturbing while using it. It was mentioned that after sale service will be same as new but when i contacted them they didn't reply for 3 days and when they replied asked for problem again as i clearly mentioned the problem. After that no reply at all.
