great product and great price- the refurbished program is much appreciated, great idea!

Will buy again.

Good

Better than expect

Delivery on time but packaging no good, only use plastic bag to wrap, if they put some bubble wrap inside the box, some scratch will avoid.

Received quickly but after 2-3 days fan started giving loud noise. Called Dyson and they agreed to replace it. I have sent back and still waiting for a replacement. Not a good experience of buying a refurbished equipment.

Says F2 immediately after receiving it.
