Before buying the Dyson V11, I had delayed any purchase because of cost and doubts about strength of vacuum power and battery longevity.  Having found the refurbished V11, the price was right.  Then I used it and the last two items, pickup and battery were both checked off successfully.  The V11 picks up both hardwood and carpeted floors, with the same success.  It picks up hair, dog and cat, better then our plug in upright.  The battery power was multiple uses, depending on the length, but I can use it 2x for 15 mins each before needing a charge.  So happy with my purchase, and quality of Dyson.

This stick vacuum is worth every penny. Very easy to use, no cords hindering movement. Easy to maneuver under furniture without loosing suction. Super Easy to dump dust from the unit, just eject with one move. I purchased refurbished and the unit is just like new.

- A cheaper version of the v15 without the detect. 

Cons
- the wall mount requires drilling into your wall
- true for all cordless, but dustbin needs to be emptied per room
- vacuum resets to medium mode
- changing power mode is cumbersome as it goes forwards and backwards.

A good alternative to V15

it is such a huge upgrade from previous models. The power suction is very strong on carpets and hardwood floors. LCD screen that shows you if there's any issues is amazing. the best part is emptying the canister from trash. 

worth every penny

Everyone needs this stick vacuum!  I went for the restored option to lower the price and was not disappointed….works and appears just like new.  Lightweight and powerful with many attachments….I'll never use a regular vacuum again!

This is, by far, the best vacuum I've ever used! It actually picks up the dirt that's down deep in the carpet that other vacuums don't get. It's amazing picking up pet hair as well. I will forever use this brand of vacuum, I love it!!

I'm really loving the power on this vacuum and how it cleans. I'm in a 680 square foot hard floor apartment and it works well for my needs. Can do well on my small rugs foo

Good for 1 bedroom apartment

Great vacuum.   This refurbished vacuum works great.   Just as good as a new one.   Great power really lifts deep down dirt.     I love Dyson products

The best vacuum!!

This is our third Dyson stick vacuum. The second one still works, but not well. Truth be told, it's just old (much like its owner.)
I bought this one (restored)  with high hopes. We are more than pleased but not completely surprised. We have several Dyson products and have never been disappointed. 
This product really sucks! Every bit as good as a new one.

I love my refurbished  Dyson.  It has lots of power with three setting for more or less suction.  It's got great, easy to change attachments. Unfortunately, after just two months of use in my small home, the power switch isn't working. Now for the hassle of having it repaired.

Worked great, until it didn't.
