Just bought this about a month ago,way ahead of my V10 but my only complaint is on old one could adjust from min to max power.My new machine doesn't and I have a light weight area carpet in my living room and it's so had to push it unreal.On min on older machine but no way to adjust this one it's automatically done

I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy with it.  The suction is amazing and more powerful than my last one.  The battery life is more than enough for the daily and weekly cleaning that I put on it.  The attachments are great and help make housework easier. Runs quietly without hurting my ears while I vacuum and dust with it.

Dyson magic

I bought this a few weeks ago and I love it. I had a V10 previously and this vacuum is so much better. I love that the light shows the dirt so you won't miss anything.  It has a lot of suction and picks up all the dirt. I am so happy with this purchase.

Great vacuum

I never thought I would say the words “this vacuum makes me happy”, but here I am. Everything about it is so effortless, from using to emptying, that I actually look forward to using it. It's not perfect with long hair but it's close. I am no longer afraid I will have to spend 10 minutes vacuuming followed by 15 minutes cutting crap out of the Motörhead.  Another unexpected benefit is I can connect the Motörhead directly to the unit without the extension pole, so vacuuming stars is now trivial. 

I am also surprised by just how well it sucks. I wouldn't expect something never have expected a vacuum this small to suck so well.

Makes vacuuming almost fun

I heard that Dyson was good but was still apprehensive about all the great reviews. Well, add my great review inn the mix. This V15 is incredible.  After vacuuming with my current vacuum, I followed up with the Dyson.  What it picked up was unbelievable.   This vacuum categorically sucks!!!

Unbelievable

I got this vacuum as a replacement for my older Dyson model from 6 years ago. It's so great to see the improvements that have been made to the suction power and battery life. Vacuums all surfaces (including rugs) really well. The click in battery is also a really helpful feature. I got a second battery so now I can get through the entire house in one go.

Super happy

I am enjoying the Dyson very much.  This is the fourth Dyson we have had. 
The suction is fantastic and works well.  
I realize this is a refurbished machine but when I look at the head showing energy level & battery life I have no idea what language it is???

Removing 2 Stars for missing parts and unsatisfactory customer service. I bought the refurbished V15 Detect and found that two pieces were missing that were listed in the user guide and also seen in review pictures of other customers. When I enquired with the seller they responded that the two missing parts are not included in the package for this listing (with no explanation why they are not included) and that the pictures I've seen are probably from older listing. I felt this was strange and misleading since this change is not indicated anywhere in the listing. It would have been more transparent if the accessories list was mentioned like they have on other sites but in Walmart they have not listed them. What's more disappointing is the seller suggesting to us we buy the accessory ourselves.

Missing parts but good vacuum

I bought this vacuum at ABT Just over a week ago. After using the Dyson vacuum, I found that it does have great suction. It also has a variety of tools to enhance your cleaning. However, it’s very hard for me to use. The Vacuum is very top heavy because that’s where It’s placed in the charger. Also, you have to hold the trigger the whole time you vacuum. There is no on/off switch. Therefore, it’s hard for me to handle the vacuum. My finger gets cramped and my arm hurts. You can’t vacuum a large area because of the fatigue of using the machine with the awkwardness of holding the trigger the whole time and the weight of the top of the vacuum. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.

Great Suction, but…

I bought this to replace a v10. The suction was too strong. I could not vacuum my rugs because the suction was too strong. The battery never lasted 60 minutes the longest was 48 minutes. The vacuum in not worth the expensive price. I returned the unit after trying to make it work for a few days.
