Works better than our whole house HVAC System in our new home and at the same time cleans the air in the room as it either heats or cools it. Also, we calculated that it's cheaper to use these Dyson devices than our HVAC System at least for our needs. We run the Air Purifier all the time on auto.

I have been using the heater for two weeks and it works great. It warms up my living space and purifies the air, too. It is easy to use and looks good.

Easy to use

We bought this to help with the summertime smog and pet odors as well as smoking indoors smell as and boy oh boy does this ever work well!  We have had it a few weeks and I usually keep it on Auto so that it senses when it needs to turn itself up and down based on what is happening in the house.  It turns up when someone is smoking, when I'm cooking and even when I blow dry my hair 50 feet away!  It is quiet and doesn't scare my dog, its swivels smoothly and even though it is tall it is not very big in circumference so it doesn't take up too much space.  I am going to keep an eye out for sales on the replacement filters because we are already at 92% filter life and we have had it 3 weeks so I don't think the filter is going to last us a full year as advertised.  I think its all the smoking that kills the filter.  But to have fresh air and the option of heating or cooling is great because we live in an old building with rads that don't really work and leaky windows so we will be using this in the winter to heat the living and dining rooms.  I love the app!  I can adjust the temp, or fan, or speed from another room!  I can even check the lifespan of the filter from work so that if I see that I will need a new filter soon I can check around online to see who has the best price.  If you have kids and pets and cook a lot this will help your house feel fresh and clean!  I know it has been working wonders for my home!  No more fabreeze needed for me!  Hooray!

Great for smokers, pets and cooking!

Very happy with it.  
Of course, great air filter.
But also great heater.
You can control many things - not all - from phone app.
I wish you could control heat temp by phone app but I don't think you can. (I've tried to figure that out).
I like that the app tells you both indoor and outdoor air quality and temp.
The button on the heater is only on and off power switch. The remote - which is tiny and I worry about it getting lost - controls heat temp.
I can't figure out a fan only setting.
The whole "control" side could be improved but -- overall, we're very happy with it.

Effective Heater and Air Filter

The Dyson Purifier Hot + Cool HP07 is an amazing piece of technology.  It heats quickly, is quiet, and is very well made.  We have a large family room addition on our home that is cooler than the rest of the house.  The Dyson heater keeps that room at a comfortable temperature all day long.  And it is cleaning the air!  Dyson makes high quality products that are worth their cost.

Great Heater

I could not love this air purifier more!  We have 3 other Dyson purifiers (that cool) and when I saw this one, I couldn't imagine why anyone would want a heater.  That is until we moved into a house where our primary bedroom is always freezing.  This has been absolutely perfect.  We can set the temperature as desired, and our room is toasty warm.  I am shocked at how well it can heat a large bedroom. If you're wanting something to heat and cool this is worth the money.  Don't hesitate to buy it.

Amazing Air Purifier

So far it's been a good heater. A couple complaints. The temperature is very difficult to read. There's a fairly big screen but it mostly only shows the air quality graph. The temperature cannot be set in the app. Only with the remote. I found out that it does turn off by itself after 9 hours.

Customer Service

Disappointed!  First Dyson product to let me down.  Paid more for the HP07 for the app connection.  Immediately fails to pairing. WiFi is on, tried all three methods.  I have other Dyson fans connect without issue.  Faulty from the factory no return and I guess warranty is no value.  I will pay to repair.  Support cannot help.  Just e-waste.

Let down!

It's a shame that the only reason I purchased this was because I needed to be able to control the heat from the app to warm my place up before I get home. This avoids a higher heat bill. I am not allowed to because of a new restriction on the device itself. It makes no sense when for other heaters you have to manually turn on and off and have the potential of forgetting to turn off and starting a fire versus being able to turn it off with an app. Where is the logic in that??? I have an older model that allows me to control the heat via the app and the newer unit does not. It is being labeled a safety issue for being able to turn the heater on and OFF when not home but that is just backwards. It SHOULD be a safety concern when you can NOT turn on and OFF a heater when you are not home.
