I received the replacement dust canister & all is great. Thank you. I had the faulty dust canister here, packed & waiting for pick-up but no one has come for it. My understanding was to prepare itfor pick-up. Confusing.

Dyson

We are long time Dyson vacuum users and this is another reason we stay with Dyson. Suction is very effective with the three levels. We have a lot of small rugs(living in Hawai'i) and the low suction setting is perfect. We don't really use the turbo much but nice to know it's there. We also got the docking station with a few extra tools. I would really recommend learning about your Dyson online with the app… get the app! InJOY Your Dyson… it's phun to clean… mahalo

Excellent Purchase

I've had this vacuum a few weeks and have told everyone I know to buy it. The tank fills so quickly because it picks up ALL of the pet hair from my golden retriever. I can usually make the battery last two full house cleans because I can move so quickly since it's cordless. Highly highly highly recommend

Best vacuum ever

We bought the Dyson V10 Animal vacuum cleaner last month and we are very happy with the performance, the suction and the battery life. Our former battery-operated vacuum cleaner was fine for small, quick cleanups, but the suction was poor. This vacuum surpasses not only in suction, but also battery life. We had a corded Dyson before and it was good also, but too heavy.

Dyson V10 vacuum is superb

I bought the V10 as a vacuum to use on our main level as I have an older Dyson that I am now using just downstairs so I don't have to carry it up and down anymore( I am 75). The V10 has great suction and makes it so much easier with cleaning up the pet hair. The only thing I find a little awkward is emptying the canister and having to take the wand off each time as mine seems to have trouble locking back into place. I have to fiddle with it each time to get it to catch and hold. Also, the first time I used the hair screw tool on my stairs, the red strip along the bottom started peeling off. I glued it back on so hopefully it will hold.

Performance is great!

The V10 is great. The hardware supplied to install the wall mounting bracket needs improvement. The bracket is wobbly. After continuous use it will fall down. The plastic plug needed to be wider and the sheet metal screw needed to be wider to properly secure the mounting bracket and hold the weight of the V10 with continuous use. Your engineers should have caught this.

Cant get over the “ gimmicky” sound it makes .
Sounds like something out of Star Wars or something.
Quite satisfied with purchase , this is our second one gave our old one (( v8) to our daughter .

Does the job

I bought this close to one month ago and I just got the replacement main body and bin that was stuck  together after our first I send unable to slide open. This is my fourth Dyson over the years and it's the most disappointing that I purchased. 
SADLY!

It is not an easy release the stand up and the dirt containment area. The first two uses it was easy and now as I vacuum everyday due to having a puppy, the release is a struggle. I think it is a design issue. Your vacuum is great with this exception.

I am on my third Dyson vacuum and I am positively a long time satisfied customer of the brand I appreciated the ease of use and maintenance. This is my first battery operated vacuum and I do wish it was longer use but I am still happy with the product.

Customer Service

Within the first two weeks of use, vacuum completely stopped working. It wouldn't charge, the battery light wouldn't light up. It just went “dead” in the middle of vacuuming. We have returned it, and were told that it's a common problem with the battery. I'm greatly disappointed as we have owned an older model of this vacuum before and used it for years.
