I was usıng cord dyson İn 14 years and it's motor has broken and I was lookıng cord Dyson hoover again but ı could not find it. I did not thinking cordless vacum because I have one but it is not dyson. I eas thinking buying Miele. When I go to the curry the assdistant told me that I should buy it and he introduced it to me and then ı bought it. When I start using it I understand the quality it is very very good for cleaning, charging time, weight. İt is the best vacum. I highly recommented V11

Dyson has always been part of our family, from the original DC01 to today's V series cordless. I am registered fully blind and as such, I need to keep our carpets clean and dust free as I suffer from dust allergies. Over the last few years, I found myself struggling more and more with corded dysons and the recoil hose, It was when a Dyson engineer came to searvice one of the mains machines, he introduced me to the V10 and I was impressed, so much so that the V11 really is a life changing experience. from cleaning carpets to cleaning stair carpets with ease and comfort. There's only one challenge and that is knowing when a battery is charged, no beeps or anything like that, so it would be interesting if Dyson could do something that could support people with sight loss to make charging and functions easier to recognise, like tone beeps for different modes and battery charge status beeps. Other than that, an amazing product. Thank you for changing my life for the better.

A life changer for a blind person.

Wow, where do I start.. I cannot believe the high quality service and product. I can't stop hoovering! I love this hoover. The power suction is second to none, even on the eco setting. I have a busy family and 3 hairy cats, and it's perfect. It's so amazing like I said I can't stop hoovering and my house has never been so clean and tidy. The battery life is amazing too and it's so easy to use, clean and keeps on sucking despite getting full and never loses power. This tops any cheap version by far and is the best all round hoover I've ever used. Highly recommend.

Just started using and it has great suction and long lasting battery life

I have been using my V11 for just over 1 year.

Initially I found it quite heavy to use compared to my previous model.

It's extremely efficient at picking up dirt, not so good on thick piled carpet .

 I accidentally switch it on when I,m emptying it , but the slide mechanism is brilliant

I am now used to its weight and I would definitely recommend it.

Already having problems with suction and an intermittent noise. Battery also does not last long.

Not worth the money

I've had many dyson products over the years and would not recommend the cordless models. Had to replace battery 1 year ago and I now require to replace this again. Very very disappointed.

We have a Dyson V11 Animal, two years old, the suction is lousy on any setting, switch to boost and it thinks the machine is blocked so pulses. Even after thorough cleaning of every part it still fails. Pretty rubbish really. To top it all their filters are out of stock so we can't try a new filter.
