I got this for free with purchase and didn't think I was going to like it because I am biased with the balm. However, I have found that this works better for removing my mascara, so I have been using it for my mascara and then removing the rest of my face with the balm. It didn't replace my balm to remove my face makeup because $/use doesn't make sense for that (the packaging is quite small). I expect to run through it quickly even just removing mascara; however, I would be willing to purchase it because it's really effective and gentle! It reminds me of MK makeup remover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be my favorite product the hydrating makeup remover. It's not drying at all it completely took off my eye makeup and everything else. I use this before oil cleansing and just makes my life easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use this for my eyeliner and mascara and it does a pretty good job of removing it. I used this with the cleansing balm as well, which I think helps remove the makeup even more. On its own, however it works just as well. I would say you do need to use a little bit more of this product to remove the waterproof makeup, but it still does a good job removing it. I would say I wish there was an easier way to apply it to the face, but other than that, it gets the job done! Definitely recommend buying it!

It doesn't sting the eyes, but you do need to be a little generous with your product if you have waterproof makeup or heavy glitters. Works about as well as any micellar water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elf Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover was a pleasant surprise! Not only did it remove my makeup but left my skin feeling hydrated and soft. It does appear a bit oily which may contribute to the soft feeling but i always wash my face after using a makeup remover so didn't really bother me.
