Comes in a box, vacuumed sealed.  When I first took it out it looked like some of the other pictures posted of really flat pad. It doesn't come with instructions but I looked back at the details on here and it said how it needs time to get bigger. It wasn't even 24 hours later (I think it says can keep expanding up to 72 hours but not positive) and it was huge! We got the 4” one and it is all 4”. I love it on our bed! It's just like memory foam and contours to your body. I'm really surprised from how it started that it got so big but it did and has been great! Very happy with the purchase. Just make sure you give it time to “fluff” up before you put on your bed. Attaching 2 pictures, how it looked right out of the box and then about 12 hours later.

YOU HAVE TO LET IT SIT OUT FOR A WHILE!! When you first unpack it it looks tiny and thin and like it won't work but you just have to unfold it and leave it sitting flat for a few hours! Once it expands it's super soft and hugs your body! It's super squishy and comfy, just what I wanted! Please please please let it expand before writing a poor review!

Let it expand for a few hours, then it should fit

This is a great product if you suffer from back/hip pain etc.  It's so comfortable. 

It has an oder when first rolled out,  but it dispersed within a few hours, especially  with the ceiling fan on. You can sleep on it right away, but it does take about 3 days for it to expand 100%.

It fits the bed fine but does migrate a little every night.  Would be better if they put straps on it to hold into place on mattress !  But feels like sleeping on a cloud.

I have back problems and am a side sleeper.  I am very comfortable if I lay on my back but I can not lay on my side.  This 4 inch foam acts as a big cushion and lets my hips sink way to far out of alignment to be comfortable.  I have tossed and turned for two nights and believe the only answer is to return it.

The foam was wrapped up so tight I had to let it lay out for 48 hours and it never laid flat it has like ripples in it or bubbles I'm sending pictures so you will now because I don't know how to explain and describe it for the money I guess I can't complain but I am very disappointed because it made it sound like it was much better than what it is and there's no way you can return it because how are you gonna get it sucked up in a vacuum like it was sent. No go topper

It sinks in sooo bad. I've had one before and it didn't sink in this bad. Makes it not even comfortable and can't even get out of bed without a struggle.

Sinkhole

Looks like I was sent a reject mattress topper. Was supposed to be 3inch and flat but has 4 big bunched up grooves. Doesn't even fit the queen size bed or even look like the picture when ordering.

What is this?

This mattress topper was not the correct size.  It measured 76" square and should be 76x80
