YOU HAVE TO LET IT SIT OUT FOR A WHILE!! When you first unpack it it looks tiny and thin and like it won't work but you just have to unfold it and leave it sitting flat for a few hours! Once it expands it's super soft and hugs your body! It's super squishy and comfy, just what I wanted! Please please please let it expand before writing a poor review!

Comes in a box, vacuumed sealed.  When I first took it out it looked like some of the other pictures posted of really flat pad. It doesn't come with instructions but I looked back at the details on here and it said how it needs time to get bigger. It wasn't even 24 hours later (I think it says can keep expanding up to 72 hours but not positive) and it was huge! We got the 4” one and it is all 4”. I love it on our bed! It's just like memory foam and contours to your body. I'm really surprised from how it started that it got so big but it did and has been great! Very happy with the purchase. Just make sure you give it time to “fluff” up before you put on your bed. Attaching 2 pictures, how it looked right out of the box and then about 12 hours later.

I bought this for my large breed dog's bedding. I cut it in 1/2 and it's perfect!
this was so great,  I'm going to purchase one for our queen guestrooms.

I actually set this up for a return thinking it wasn't expanding. You really need to let it lay out for at least 24 hours and just leave alone to get the full results. You will be pleasantly surprised. It's very comfortable. The 2” is perfect.  I finally got some back relief.

I have a couple of concerns about this product. First, it seems to slide around on the mattress, which means I'm constantly adjusting it to keep it in place. Second, it tends to trap body heat, making my nights uncomfortably warm. I wish it could do better in these areas!

This is the second time I've purchased this topper. It's good. It does the job of softening a too hard mattress. But it's also hot - doesn't live up to the cooling claim. It flattens under heat and pressure. But it's about as good as any other topper.

It fits the bed fine but does migrate a little every night.  Would be better if they put straps on it to hold into place on mattress !  But feels like sleeping on a cloud.

Followed the directions %26 let it expand for 48 hours. We tried this topper on 2 different types of mattresses with 2 different people (a side sleeper %26 a back sleeper). My son is 6' 145%23, I am 5'5 150%23. Both of us had the same issues. The topper is like quicksand. We sank straight to the bottom of it within seconds. Woke up like meat in a foam taco. Can't change positions %26 it's very hard to get out of it. We both woke up in more pain than we went to sleep with. The cooling aspect is ok, but we keep the house at 70° %26 use ceiling fans. After 1 night of sleep on this thing, I can't imagine what night 2 would do...ouch.  I will be returning it asap.

Absolute quicksand :(

Mattress was not cooling, was actually hot.  Also was too firm, making it seem pretty pointless.  I slept fitfully with it for one night before it came off the bed.  Couldn't leave it on there after waking up with a sore back the next day.  Do not recommend.
