Power went out 2 days after we got it. Used it to keep a phone as a hotspot and keep 2 phones and 2 ipad's charged and on the internet for two days. We have three batteries but it only used 20 percent of 1 battery. We could have keep going for probably weeks. Got to watch the football playoffs with no electricity.

I am an avid EGO fan. A while back I purchased the EGO Nexus power station to help me through power outages which are not uncommon in my area. It has allowed me to keep my refrigerator running during two outages and helped me to preserve my refrigerated food. I have several EGO tools and batteries and my recent purchase of the Nexus Escape Inverter which I have already tested permits me to easily move power to items other than refrigerators, like lamps. I am well satisfied with this product!

Great, simple product!

It was while I was looking for a replacement for a failed, never very good portable power supply that I discovered this outstanding little inverter that works with the Ego battery I already own. It works perfectly, and shares the excellent design and usability of my other Ego products.

Great Unit!

Il fonctionne très bien. Pour mon besoin il aurait été pratique de désactiver la fermeture automatique qui s'effectue après 2 heures. Si il y avait eu cette option le produit aurait été parfait pour moi.

Fonctionne bien

We used this inverter during an 8 hour power outage to power our wireless modem/router with a 7.5 amp hour battery, so our cell phones and tablets would still have connectivity. It worked flawlessly the power was so stable we actually forgot about it when the house power came back on, so ended up using it for just over 12 hours. Very impressive and I highly recommend it. Will definitely be looking at getting another one soon, maybe the 400W.

Power on the go

Purchased for emergencies in case of power outages as well as for small electronics around the house. Be warned that depending on the power output a cooling fan can be heard and it's not discrete.

Useful little inverter

Ego products are amazing i have the 18 inch chainsaw 16 inch weedeater and of course the 180 watt inverter and these things are all amazing products and highly recommend . The 180 watt inverter im currently using to rum a fan in my tent in the warmer afternoons here and to charge my phone and my lantern at night . Great products woeth every penny.

Great stuff

Yea so when the power went out. A week after i got this.  It did charge a phone. It did run a coffee bean grinder. It would not run a coffee pot. I did expect a bit more.

Underpowered.

The product works adequately. The problem is that I am unable to correctly put in the warranty for it as the first digits that can not be changed do not match. I have reached out for help and have not heard back.
