I would give the device 5 stars if the customer support was any good. Apparently, Elac is discontinuing the product and it's approach to having a device like this that includes a version of the Roon music service.

Having Roon available to manage my music was a huge selling point, but now I fear that I won't get the support I need if the software is in need of an upgrade or if the unit itself malfunctions.

As it stands now, the Roon software is great and the streaming capabilities of the unit are fine asw well, but only time will tell.
