I bought this since it was highly recommended by Cook's Country (a sub-brand of America's Test Kitchen [a subsidiary of Cook's Country). 
I already made Pineapple Sherbet and Vanilla Ice Cream using the Test Kitchen recipes. Both came yielded very smooth and creamy.


I also saw the product review video by Vox Media's Eater, they don't recommend this due to the fact that it never made ice cream. However, they forgot to insert the paddle, so it never churned during that vid.

We have used this Cuisinart Ice Cream maker a half dozen times since receiving it has a gift about a month ago. We have made both Keto and traditional ice cream in it and both have been delicious! It is so easy to make and clean up is a snap. It is a great machine and makes wonderful ice cream! I highly recommend it!

Great Ice Cream!

Bought around a month ago and I used it twice so far. It's so easy to use and makes wonderful ice cream. So far, I've made french vanilla and pineapple ice cream. The pineapple was supposed to be mango, but I grabbed the wrong bag from the freezer section of the store. What a surprise. It came out delicious, regardless. Highly recommend.

I love home made ice cream

I bought my ice cream maker a few months ago, have used it a lot of times, and love that it makes the best ice cream. After my ice cream churns, I allow it to freeze for at least four hours because I prefer it not to be soft. Also, immediately after using my ice cream maker, I thoroughly rinse it with warm water and put it back in the freezer, until it's time to use it again. The only thing I wish for now is a larger-sized I've cream maker.

Best Small Appliance Ever

I have used the ICE21 to make ice cream twice so far and I LOVE it. The recipes in the included booklet are delicious.  The machine is easy to use and to clean. The ice cream is like soft serve so if you want a firmer product you will need to freeze it. I keep the bowl in the freezer so I can make a batch whenever.  Buy this ice cream maker NOW!!!!!

Affordable and awesome

I have always wanted to make home made ice cream. I reviewed maker and had it on my wish list for months and bought it on Christmas day. This is my 4th batch. Two pineapple and two mango. It is so good and easy to make. I sharing my experience and love with anyone who loves ice cream as I do. Can't wait to make a surprise batch of my dad's favorite, Run & Raisin. O know he'll be floored. Thank you cuisinart for the design and features that I don't have to find rock salt and ice.

The best and favorite kitchen appliance

I couldn't have given a better Christmas gift to my husband, a life-long ice cream devotee.  This one is easy to use, a snap to clean, and does a great job.  I could only have wished that it had a larger capacity, but I guess it's a good thing it doesn't!

The best gift!

This is my 1st ice cream maker.  I could scream!  The product is easy to assemble, easy to clean and easy to use.  Might have to buy a separate freezer to store all the flavors I'm eager to try.

Little to no effort ice cream

It is so easy to use! The ice cream comes out perfect every time! The recipe booklet is so easy and delicious! My family is so thrilled with this product we make ice cream at least three times a week! Every flavor has been outstanding!

Best ice cream maker around!

I bought this ice cream maker approx. 4 weeks ago and have made 4 different batches of low carb ice cream with every batch coming out perfect.  The directions are clear and concise.  I had absolutely no issues and am very pleased with my purchase.

Makes Delicious Ice Cream

I bought this because I have always trusted the quality of Cuisinart products.  But I tried two different recipes and each time, once the "ice cream" was transferred to the freezer, they became solid block of frozen ingredients.  I could only break them up with an ice pick... and that after it had been thawing for over an hour.
