[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ventless dryer. Our laundry room is small and this washer dryer setup, being smaller, makes the room feel bigger. I've read reviews that it kicks out a lot of heat but in reality my laundry room gets just as warm as with my old vented dryer. It does take slightly longer to dry heavy clothes. I have the drain tube hooked up, which is much less of a process than I thought it would be, super simple. We have been very happy with the dryer so far. Hopefully it stays that way for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased an LG Dryer. 3 defective dryers later I got a refund and purchased this dryer from a different store. It didn't work. My electrician took a look and it was a simple and common issue. Over torquing. While putting together the dryer the screws on one of the hot's was tightened too much which caused it to shift to close to the neutral causing it to run hot. He fixed it easily. 

It now runs great. It's honestly the best dryer I've ever used. I especially love the lint trap. It's like a clam shell made of mesh. The lint fails through the vents at the top and lands inside it, between the mesh walls. You slide the entire thing out, open it, and there's the lint. The design means no lint falls into the dryer itself like with other dryers. 

It might not seem like much, but I always found it a pain to clean out the slot where the lint filter was. With this, no extra cleaning. 

Also, when the dryer is running it will add or subtract time as needed so it doesn't run longer than necessary. Since I have to wash my uniforms for work every night that is a major plus. It means no staying up longer than needed.

All in all, there have been no issues except the original one. It's worked perfectly since, and has several small features that at first glance seem forgettable, but actually make life easier. It's a wonderful dryer and when my washer finally goes ( Hopefully not for another 30 years. ) I'll be aiming for one in the same brand.

This dryer has many settings and is customizable which is great. The ventless dryer does take longer to dry but I am okay with this. Love the compact unit.

Excellent Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small house with the only option for washer/dryer being in the kitchen. We own two Electrolux full-size sets in other homes, so I was happy to see a compact stackable option. I knew the washer would be perfect, and it is. The concept of a ventless dryer was appealing, but I was skeptical after reading a few reviews as to heat output and performance versus a full-size vented dryer. This dryer does not disappoint! We're a household of two and do about 4 loads twice a week. Yes, the drying time is increased but the time is equivocal to the full-size dryer since the loads are smaller. There is a noticeable difference in softness and I'm using dramatically less fabric softener. Ours is set up through the washer drain so we don't have to empty any water. They dryer stops and starts several times throughout the cycle, I guess this is normal. The drum changes directions when it restarts. There is considerable heat output, but we have 22 foot ceilings so it really doesn't matter and the W/D are out in the open and not in a cabinet. I knew the dryer would probably be a winner since it pulls 220 volts, and it is. The laundry in general seems to be faring better in this condenser dryer. It runs very clean and doesn't release any lint into the air. We're very, very happy with the set and would buy again in a heartbeat. If you're on the fence, do it!

No regets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Electrolux ventless dryer. I was worried about the smaller size and other reviewers comments that it heated the area around it, but I have found the size perfect and the convenience of not needing a dryer vent outweigh any minor negatives. There is a little heat around the dryer, but my old gas dryer had the same issue. I dry my clothes on normal heat and towels on high. The clothes may feel “damp” but I pull them out and hang them or spread them out and they finish drying immediately. I find this is better for my clothes than a hot dryer and bone dry clothes. I'm thrilled with the purchase.

Electrolux ventless dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has amazing technology.  But it requires that the installers know how to 8nstall it. Ours didn't  have a clue. No more exhaust hose, and the water is pumped right into the washing machine drain. Two caveats:  It is SLOW,  about 90 minutes for an average load. And it is meant to stack. We are going to have to build a platform for it since they evidently don't  make a pedestal for it.

Great Little Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this condensing dryer to be more eco-friendly instead of a conventional vented dryer. It works very well and has lots of cycles and features to choose from. We chose to use the included kit that drains the water directly out instead of emptying the reservoir for each use. One unanticipated thing to be aware of if the heat that the dryer puts out through the vents in the front. We have this in our master bathroom and it puts out enough heat to fully warm the entire room. This is a great plus for our New Hampshire winters but if you live with AC all the time, this may not be your best option. We stacked it with the STACKIT24 kit which was a very easy process.

Great Companion to the Compact Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this brand new dryer for the 2 years that it worked.  Then the heating element stopped working.  The dryer is in a part-time home so was really only used very infrequently.  Electrolux can't help because it is beyond the 1 year warranty.  And it is very difficult to find licensed Electrolux service people in my area. Since this is part of a compact stackable washer/dryer unit I can't fit a different dryer on top. Very dissatisfied with this product.

Heating element broke in 2 years!

Terrible dryer. Duvet covers- Queen - and duvets get tied up in a ball and will not get dry fully. 
Takes far too long to dry. A small/medium load of t- shirts, socks, underwear was not dry after a Normal load cycle of 1hr 37 minutes. Came out damp. 
Drained the water externally but would get a 'Empty water container' message with each load. 
Cheaply made plastics. Loose door. 
Look elsewhere.
