The machine's performance is truly exceptional. It is straightforward, user-friendly and operates with remarkable gentleness on your garments. Its wide capabilities and luxurious finish contribute to a quite pleasant experience. The only minor hiccup is that some cycles, especially those involving heavy duty or sanitizing options, can extend beyond two hours. However, the product's overall excellence still warrants a five-star rating from me.

Works much better than previous top loader with agitator that came with our home. Clothes rinse exceptionally well with Pure Rinse. I washed white sheets with several blood spots on them due to a bleeding stubbed toe, and they came out perfect. I do think the redundancy in settings makes it a little more complicated than it could be, and the settings do need to be right to for maximum effectiveness.

Top quality washer

Love, the fact that the doors are reversible as in our house. The washing machine is on the right instead of the left. It does an excellent job of cleaning clothes not only come out smelling clean, but they smell like you had just bought them new from the store. Clothes get dry like they should. There’s even a little compartment for Lint in the dryer instead of some board that you have to scrape off. And one more feature, I didn’t even know existed or that I even needed. The washing machine has a light in it, which is pretty cool.

So far, love my new washer and dryer!

In these days of Wi-Fi, everything, is nice to find a machine that does not rely on that technology. The 500 series is full of useful features and is intuitive to use. So far the build quality seems excellent. I am hopeful that this washer will last as long as the last one I had for over 20 years.

Good no nonsense machine

This high tech appliance is very user friendly. The options are easily selectable on the front panel and we love the choice for a 15 min fast wash. The allergen and delayed start options are also very unique. The height is awesome, no more bending down.

We love our new laundry pair. I've had the cheap boxy white appliances all my life so when I wanted to upgrade, I review shopped and waited for a good sale. No matter where I looked to buy, Electrolux was the one with the best reviews. So that's what we bought! They are incredibly fast, but quieter than I thought possible. Settings for everything you may need. And the clothes come out super clean and soft and wrinkle free.

Sleek, Powerful, Beautiful

This is my second Electrolux washer and dryer. This first set last 10 years with a household of five. That set was still working but the new set was on sale. My children are starting to leave so I figured why not. I purchased the stacking kit with the new set and couldn't be happier.

Best washer and dryer I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new washer. I see that it is a good product; however, I wish it was more user friendly. I haven't yet discovered why sometimes the liquid softener is used with the load and sometimes it's now. It also quits when it's unbalanced rather than giving an error message that it's waiting to be balanced before continuing. I restart with no issues, but it's still frustrating.

Good Product

Unit works great, quiet and unit seems to run better than our older unit.
A couple of minor details: 
1. The end of cycle chime is not very loud, and there is not a way to change that volume.
2. I wish that there was an option to just spin a load after running, in case it's a heavier load that needs to spin again.  The only option is to spin with another rinse.

This is my first front loader purchase and I was skeptical about performance from what I had heard. Only used it twice, but how does it clean clothes when it doesn’t use hardly any water? Concerned about machine odors. Why would I need to leave the door open so it can dry out to keep odors down? I have pets so this odor thing is a real concern. Not feeling confident at all and thinking I make a big mistake. Ugh
