Modern compact car extinguisher for vintage car

It's very dangerous to use this so called fire extinguisher.
You practically have to be within few inches from the fire for it to work, and even then.....
With a real fire extinguisher you can distant yourself from the fire 8 to 10 feet. 
Please don't put yourself in dangerous with this junk.
The company is not being truthful.
