Great little hot water heater

I should have installed this 15yrs ago. It would take up to 2 minutes for hot water to reach my kitchen sink, now it takes less than 5 seconds. I'm saving time, money and water (a precious resource here in the desert), not to mention the convenience. 
I'm powering the water heater with the same receptacle my dishwasher is connected to and have not had any issues. My only complaint is that the bottom is not flat, so it can rock a little if not secured with the included bracket, and the bracket can be difficult to use in a tight space (like under a kitchen sink).

Why did I wait so long?

Perfect size for under my sink in the kitchen, heats with temp control.
