Ease Of Use

I've used this multiple times on multiple horses at the farm I work at and it always helps. My vet had me put this on my horse that had a slight tear in his deep digital flexor tendon underneath standing wraps and it helped him heal! The only thing is it can be hard to apply because it doesn't stick to the hair as well but you figure it out once you use it everyday for two months!

Just finished a stubborn abscess that was determined to pop out the coronary band. Tried Animalintex initially, finally soaked hoof in ACV mixed with water, then applied this to coronary band. No wrapping. It popped the next day. I continued to use this to draw any remaining abscess. Works very well, easy to apply.

Barn Staple Must Have!

I like this poultice a lot.  I have been using it to treat my horse's hoof abscess, and it has been easy to apply.  It has a very thick consistency and stays in place suprisingly well.  It smells nice too!  Worth keeping around.

Good consistency

This is a must-have for treating hoof abscesses. I put this over the opening of the abscess on my horse's sole and wrapped it to keep it clean and draining. I will keep this in my first aid kit at all times! It smells really nice!

Staple item for hoof abscesses

This is an excellent alternative to soaking an abcessed hoof in epsom salt. It packs well, smells good and is easy to handle.

Great for abcesses

Seemed to break an abcess much quicker than standard poultice. Also takes out soreness in "overworked" feet.

Epsom Salt Poultice

Very easy to use - put a big glob on a piece of sterile bandage apply to hoof and wrap - can stay on for several days - works wonders.  much easier then soaking every day in epson salt - will keep on hand

Excellent for Hoof Abscesses

This product is wonderful! It is easy to use underneath a wrap and washes off easily with water. I like to use it between soakings for hoof abscesses. The product also has a fresh clean scent too!

Adheres Well

This stuff is great for everything from hooves to sore muscles.

Great Stuff, So Many Uses

I use this for hoof problems such as an abcess, it works well in just a couple days with a boot to keep hoof clean and dry while drawing out any infection.
