Liked that it was flexible and less likely to crack and chip, but it also absorbs pressure under wheels or chair legs and caused indentations with 2 days.  Guess you can't have both pliability with resistance to cracking and have a completely firm surface.

I have Medium Pile Carpet and the mat does help my rolling chair move but it is not as smooth as I hoped.  The mat gets big divots where the wheels of my chair sit. Overall I think it was worth the money but not perfect.

Worth the price but not perfect.

We will be returning this as soon as possible. I expected a hard rubber or decent plastic for the mat. However, it was a cheap non-flexible plastic. It came rolled in a long box and we could NOT get it unrolled. I was afraid if we tried too much harder it would crack. Such a disappointment.

Came in rolls and will not lay flat.  Have been trying for 2 weeks using heat and weighing down with heavy books.  Do not recommend to anyonel

I Really thought this was both chair and mat...yikes! I guess I need a little education on how to read wal marts sale items! Hmmmm..?

This had me thinking lmwas ordering the chair and the mat smdh

The mat is hard plastic and comes tightly wrapped in a thin and long cylinder which seems to crack the mat. Bad packing job made me not replace the item.
