Carpet

I've had this about 2 wks now, and so far it's great.
I was going to get a thinner one for 1/2 the price, but seem to be worth the extra cost.
So far, quite satisfied.

Good desk floor mat. Hope it lasts a long time

Chair mat

I use this on a 1/2 inch pile carpet and I am betting that it will last me 5 years. I am in and out of the chair 3 or 4 times a day for 1/2 hour or more each time and it is working perfectly for my use. Yes it dimples but the chair still rolls easy and the dimples heal themselves. I have now used it for a month and am very satisfied.

Does the job

It seems awfully thin. If it lasts a few years maybe I would.

I don't know about recommending this item.

Office chair mat

Cracked first time within 1 week of use. Was okay because it only cracked from the bottom and still useable, surface was still undamaged. But another week later, cracks all over, including sharp ones on the surface that jab into your foot if accidentally stepped on. Had to return to store

Had worse experiences with another mat that was a disappointment in day one but this one felt quite good until it started cracking so soon.

Study and smooth but cracked too soon

not for thickness of carpet stated for. Indents into carpet and cannot move chair easily.

If carpet is less than 1/2" may be okay.

I have not even been using this pad a month and it has already cracked.
