For optimum results repeat this stage three times.</li><li>Fold the hot, rinsed cloth into a square and work it in small   circular movements across the face and neck to remove all traces of   Cleanser and make-up. Can be potent and long-lasting, but also too strong or fleeting for some.

This is so much better than any balm out there. The smell is luxurious and it takes everything off, no need to wash with a separate cleanser after. One of a kind!

Amazing Product!

I've repurchased this cleanser several times already. It's truly my one and only favorite! I have dry, sensitive skin, and this cleanser melts away makeup easily and thoroughly without ever causing irritation. Instead, it leaves my skin feeling soft, calm, and perfectly moisturized every time I use it. I honestly can't imagine my skincare routine without it!

This is by far one of the best cleansers I have used in years. It is creamy and helps even take off make up such as stubborn mascara stains. It leaves my face feeling soft without stripping off the moisture. It compliments well with the cloth although it is very expensive but overall it gives my face a pampering every morning and night. I like the fact there is no scent and just does the job.

best for removing make up and cleaning you face all in one! Just put it on your face, very gentle but has some texture, that is very soothing as it is in a creamy/paste that feels luxurious. 
Wash it off and your face is clean.

After using this product, my face not only looks and feels clean, but is also sooo moisturized! NO hash chemicals. Smells amazing! I've noticed my pores clearing up and I look much more youthful. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry to send it back. But this is a fake product. My girl friend has been using the product for the past 10 years. This is the first time I bought it from Walmart. I was concerned about the authenticity but would like to give it a try as it's cheaper and sold by Walmart. Unfortunately, the moment she opened it, she told me it's fake product, the same stuff that was bought from Amazon last time. Just realized we need to buy from an authorized dealer as always.

Quiksales send me an expired product, not once, but twice. The first product was manufactured in 2019 and the second one was made in 3/2020. According to Eve Lom the first product was expired and the second one is about to expire. The product has it consistency completely different from a not expired one. Shameful
