It has a roof to protect it from dust and wind. Although it is a bit large so it consumes a lot of water each time it is used.

I believe if you remove before periods of severe weather there's no reason why it shouldn't last a few years!

If I could give no stars, I would. I reached out to the company as it's cheaply made. I did not fit my pool like they said it would was highly disappointed. Reached out to the seller as I wanted to return they wanted me to pay the shipment back, which was almost half of what I paid for it.
